Die Reservierung des Schließfächer war sehr einfach und Citylocker hat auch einen sehr guten Standort. Die Schließfächer waren durch die Passwörter einfach zu öffnen. Einziger Kritikpunkt: In dem Raum gab es kaum Belüftung und es war sehr heiß. Deutlich wärmer als draußen.

Hello, KIMIKO Thanks for using our service and sorry it does not reach your expectations. We take good note of your comments that will help us improve our service. We are not sure to understand your message. You have used our service and say it was ok and in the same time you talk about cancelling. Sorry but it is a little confusing for us. Regarding the cancellation of your booking it is clearly indicated in our general terms and conditions that you have validated when booking that the service is non refundabled but you can have a credit note valid 6 months in you need to change your dates. So once again we do not understand very your note and comment.
