I mistakenly booked for 25th January instead of 25th February and asked Support whether the booking could be changed but have had no reply. I have now made a separate booking for 25th February and have asked Support whether I may have a refund for the January booking. I have had no reply whatsoever and am very disappointed.

Great location , easy to find and communication was perfect , received a text immediately after payment giving very detailed directions and door code numbers which worked perfectly.

It’s important to notice that the indicated price matches the price by locker which can contain up to 4 suitcases but we are sorry if the prices didn’t fit your expectations. Fairly close to airport bus and it was convenient.
It was helpful that the locker was reusable within the day. I stored my suitcase in the morning and came back to add some souvenir in the afternoon. Then eventually I collected the luggage in evening.
at first i thought it was a bit expensive but at the end it's worth paying.

Very easy to locate and book a locker. Very secure method and was a handy way of storing our luggage due to having a flight booked later on that night which saved us having to take our luggage around with us all day whilst site-seeing.
