Really easy and secure. Codes for the door and lockers messaged to me, only a 10 minute walk ( if that) from the metro (chateau Les Halle's). 2 cabin cases and 2 ruck sacks easily fit in 1 locker.

Easy and fast booking and access. Once I booked online I was sent the code immediately to get into the lockers. The location is ideal for us because it is right next to the Paris Gare l’Est train station (5 min walk). My only minor complaint is that the locker had foul smell. It wasn’t so strong that it left our belongings with the same odor but it was unpleasant to open the locker when dropping/picking our belongings.

Very close to the Eiffel Tower. Easy to open the door and locker with the password. The locker was big enough.

The service is good, works well, but it is too expensive, you should have an option to pay by hours

Excellent option for getting rid of your suitcases for a few hours; the system is very easy to use but I find it very expensive. There's no option to rent by the hour, which makes the system expensive, very expensive indeed.

Thank you for using our service. We take note of your comment and will pass it on to the relevant department. The price of 15€/day/4 pieces of luggage makes our service the least expensive in Paris, given the level of baggage security. We take note of your comments and will do our best to earn your 5 stars on your next visit. We look forward to seeing you again soon.

On the positive side, good communication, easy to use, the site is very well placed, but on the negative side, the code didn't work right away, and no one answered the emergency number, which was a bit of a scare! In any case, very practical, I'd do it again.

Eventually it did its job as expected and our luggage was kept there for several hours. However, although we were sent a text with a password for the door and another one for the locker itself: The entrance door could be opened just by pushing it, so no extra security layer, and when it comes to the locker, we spent a good 15 minutes trying to understand what we were doing wrong and the locker wouldn’t open. Eventually after many attempts where we were literally inserting the same code again and again, all of a sudden the locker did us the favour and opened.

Thanks for your comment and having used our service. The day you booked we were facing a technical problem with the door. During this period the controls with the video had been increased in order to check and ensure the sécurisation of your belongings. Now the problem is fixes:). Sorry for this problem you have had be sure we do all our best every day to guaranty a high level of sécurisation on your luggage.

Excellent service and it was convenient to put the suitcase in the box. I don't put excellent only because we had problems with the entrance door, once the code sent was entered it did not open immediately. After a few calls it worked.
