It was very convenient. However, I had to redo the code many times to open the store door. That made us very uneasy. Is the connection bad?

Very convenient location relative to our accomodations. Clean and secure facility. Did fit our two luggage (though one was a little tight at 18 inches (45 cm) wide).

Response from CITY-LOCKER Paris
Hello Before leaving us such a notice, it may be a good idea to contact the hotline that could have caused this incident. But you have chosen not to contact us and let your anger be expressed here We will not do the same things and we will do the checks and contact you directly We have just checked and your statements are false, there is only one payment and one order.

Hello, The idea is great but in practice the door code that city locker gave me was not used to open the door and it was impossible to reach them via the hotline or the contact on the door. All I got was a looped recording. Fortunately another person arrived after me and she had the right code to open the door. So my reservation was correct, since I was then able to open the locker inside.
We should have another solution for the code problem, otherwise we end up with a suitcase that we have to lug around all day, even though we had paid for a service in advance.

I'm not a website whiz but everything went smoothly for the reservation and payment. The only negative point is that it's a bit far from the metro...

The locker didn't open the first time, so you have to be careful when typing in your code. I wasn't the only one in this situation... But the lockers are big, perfect for a large suitcase.

Straight forward and easy to use, worked great. Only suggestion I would have is that since there is no kiosk, you need to have an internet connection to get a locker (may be difficult for international travelers).

The access was super easy, it felt safe and reliable. They have one door on the entrance and in the locker which gives a good sense of security.
