The # on the door lock didn't look like a pound / hashtag sign so I had difficulty entering. My suitcase was heavy so I needed a bottom locker. I didn't get to choose and was given a top locker.

This system is excellent in theory, but it breaks down when too many people try to access the building at one time. It is challenging to keep codes private when there is a mob of people around the door trying to figure out how to reserve a locker. Many people thought the location was staffed. This was only a problem in the morning, when dropping off our bags. None of this was an issue when we picked up in the mid-afternoon.

Everything worked out great. But there is only one size of locker. It would be better if there were different sizes at different prices.

Nothing to say about the site... But I'm very skeptical about the geographical location of some citylockers!

Response from CITY-LOCKER Paris
Hello Florie Thank you for sharing your opinion with us. We are sorry if the location of our locker did not suit you. However, the addresses of the lockers are clearly indicated on the website just before you make a reservation, along with a Google Maps map showing the location in terms of time and distance from your departure point. We wish you a pleasant day and hope to see you soon in one of our lockers.

Very practical, the only downside was the cleanliness of one of the 2 reserved lockers. There was a kind of towel with blood on it.

Fairly easy to use. Could have been my error but I had to enter the door code 3 times to retrieve my bag. No clear guidance on how you get your bags if there is a malfunction. The bag owner may have had to leave France , will they post the bags to a foreign address?

We needed to store our suitcases so we could do some sightseeing, specifically the Eiffel Tower. We came directly from Gare Du Nord and fit 4 x small suitcases and 1x medium size in 2 lockers and we had space for 2 x backpacks as well. The locker storage was easy to find and use. Typing the codes in can take a couple of try’s but I had read that on previous reviews so I wasn’t worried and managed it eventually. I chose this place over other cheaper ones as I felt it was more secure. Overall very happy and allowed us to see the Eiffel Tower luggage free then travel straight on to Disneyland Paris after.
