I didn't receive my access code so I could not make use of my locker. After trying to call the 'hotline' four times and not being answered, i left and use another facility. I haven't received any form of contact or refund.

While the site wants to attract customers with rates starting at 2 euros, the reality is that the rate is +18 euros per day. Opening hours are short, from 08:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Reservations are required before you arrive to obtain your access code to the chamber.

Hello Yann, Thank you very much for entrusting us with your luggage, we are sorry if you found our service expensive, we always try to offer the best service at the best price available given that our rates are for lockers and not per bag and that you can put up to 4 bags per locker or maximum 3.75€ per bag for a day (8:00-22:00). To be even more precise in our reply, the rate is MAX 15€/day and not 18€. We hope to see you again and wish you a pleasant day!

I did not receive the code to actually get into the locker in the confirmation email. When I called, there was no response. As the lockers are non-refundable I would not recommend as I cannot get the money back.

The setup is well organised and it was simple enough to access the facility.
I was struggling with a sore back on the day though, and I was very surprised when I discovered the locker was on the third level up. I had to hoist a 25kg suitcase up to head height with no-one to ask for help. I struggled and am a woman of medium to good strength. For someone less able this would be a show-stopper and make the service completely unusable.

This is a safe place to leave your luggage; codes worked well. We took a metro from there to Chatelet as felt it would be too long a walk with our luggage. Would recommend this place.

As far as price is concerned, we always try to offer the best service at the best price available, as our rates are for lockers and not per bag, and you can put up to 4 bags per locker, i.e. a maximum of €3.75 per bag for one day (8:00-22:00). As far as security is concerned, City-Locker spaces are monitored by our video surveillance cameras 24/7, and our team ensures that your luggage is stored as securely as possible. Our insurance also covers your personal belongings up to 1,500 euros per locker. We look forward to seeing you again in better conditions. Finally, yes, like all stores, we have windows to let in the light and make the premises more user-friendly. One last thing: knowing all this, why did you make a reservation in the first place? We are at your disposal to discuss all this with you and have tried to contact you but unfortunately you hung up on us. Relatively easy to find, secure location. Easy to follow instructions for using the lockers. Would say the lockers don't fit 4 cases easily!

The locker size was wide and easy to use.
The specified locker was easy to put at the bottom,but it was difficult to put heavy luggage at the top.

Very helpful possibility which I do recommend and would use again. It took some time to discover how to unlock the locker which is the only thing which I think could be improved (leave a visible sign for customers inside; the existing model wasn´t easy to find if you are in a hurry). Also, it would be nice if the entrance area would be tidier.
