Very conveniently close to both Gare de l'Est and Gare du Nord. The boxes are big enough for large cases and backpacks. Only the space in the room is limited and operating the locking mechanism is tricky.

Process was relatively easy to order and pay for the lockers. I wish that they provided better information regarding what would fit in each locker. I had to rent a third when I got there because my luggage didn’t fit in the lockers I pre ordered- a little stressful!

The ease of rental and customer service was really great, I stopped short of ficing five stars because upon return both me and another customer had trouble opening our lockers, which put me in a state of panic. That being said, I called the emergency service and they were able to converse with me in English and help resolve my issue in a very timely manner. I would use city locker again.
