There could be the possibility to inform the bag size and take a lower locker. If you are alone and needs to lift a 23kg bag estou the top locker, you can have some difficulties.

Not happy paid for 4 lockers however when I went one was being used and was full of someone’s cases.

It says 2 Euros on the website it did cost us 15 euro per bag. just put the upfront price

It’s important to notice that the indicated price matches the price by locker which can contain up to 4 suitcases but we are sorry if the prices didn’t fit your expectations. Before booking the lockers I talked to customer support. I told them we had 4 carry ons and 4 backpacks. They suggested we book 4 lockers. We only needed two. I asked for a refund. I have reached out to them several times without any response. I am not happy with the service.

However, the lockers sizes are written on our website and can be stored up to 4 luggages (IATA Regulations), it also depends on the luggages size of course. Regarding the refund, as indicated in the General Conditions of Sale and in accordance with the provisions of Article L. 221-28-12° of the Consumer Code, reservations are neither exchangeable or refundable, only a closure at the initiative of CITY-LOCKER, caused by a technical incident or a case of force majeure, can give rise to a refund or postponement

Thankful for these lockers being in existence, as we were not able to check into our Airbnb until late afternoon and arrived in Paris very early. 4 stars only because it took several tries to get the codes to work for our lockers but it worked out in the end. Definitely felt safe and secure with our bags there for several hours. And great location!

For tourist who don't have an international sim, the wifi didn't seem to work, it would be a better help if I could use the wifi to buy the locker for the bags, or even receive the codes. Codes were a bit finicky and hard to try the number pad was resetting constantly. All in all almost excellent.

Impossible to modify or cancel a locker reservation. This penalizes not only the customer, but also future customers who could have benefited from the locker! This is nonsense and outdated business practice.
