I am really satisfied with navigation on the website and it was easy to find the location. It helped me to have all code numbers for door and locker at hand on my arrival. However, I would have appreciated to find a table or kind of shelf to put the suitcase on while arranging things.

Nice convenient location, but the space was rather small. (So when multiple parties were inside at the same time - which happened as we dropped off, and when we picked up - it was a challenge to move around and store, or remove your suitcases). Codes worked, but you had to enter the number slowly, and it sometimes took multiple tries. Don't know what we would have done without this service, so it was good to have it available - but the experience could have been better.

The process of ordering a locker was very complex. So much so that I ended up paying for more than I had to because I originally booked for the wrong date. You should just be able to book a locker on site like most other locker programs in big cities. After a long international flight this process was exhausting for me.

Hello Thanks for your feedback Taking an order online takes less than 2 minutes if you follow the steps correctly without returning. This should not be seen as a constraint but just a time saver. You book while being in your transport to arrive and drop off directly. And if you have any questions, our hotline is available from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. every day.

No internet service at the city locker location, lots of problems accessing their system, finally we got the access codes, but again many tries to open the front door. We then deposited our luggage, and left their premise. Upon we tried to retrieve our luggage, first the front door would not open with our correct codes, even the Uber driver tried for us. Finally the front door opened, and we tried to open the locker. Same thing happened, the locker would not open with the correct code. It took something like 30 minutes to retrieve the luggage........what a nightmare dealing with this City Locker

I assure you tower is working properly and you yourself have been able to verify that tower is working because your uber driver was able to easily use the service... are we responsible if you did not succeed?? have you contacted our hotline which is available 7 days a week from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. and who could help you open the door and locker remotely??? we weren't lucky enough to have you online it's because everything went well contrary to what you say .... the disaster scenario to harm is useless ... it was enough to contact the hotline if you really had a problem ....

City locker is great, but it wasn’t obvious that I needed to book in advance and wait for an email. I bumped into another traveller at the lockers that gave me that info.
That said, it was very easy to understand how to open the door, and how the lockers worked once I reserved online.

The locker is broken and they can’t refund 15$ for me

Hello Thank you for your message which surprises us and does not reflect the truth As our teams told you, the locker works very well but you did not manage to use it (the other customers manage to open and close it without problem) However, as you recommended a locker, we had very exceptionally refunded the first locker... Hence our misunderstanding of your message which only aims to harm our reputation

Hello Lukas, On the site it is written From 2€, you have access to information on the site The price is €12.00/day per locker for one day (8:00-22:00). (€15.00/day on weekends and public holidays) For reservations of several days, the rates are decreasing. Some days benefit from promotions, which can go down to 2€/day.

Reserving the locker was easy and and I received the codes by email and sms right away.
Storage room location was great. Once inside the place was cleaned and locker was big enough for my suitcase.
The issue for me was the keypad to enter the place did not easily recognized the code. When I dropped the suitcase, I had to enter the code 5 times before room door opened. When picking suitcase up it didn't work at all, luckily someone was inside and helped me get in.
There is nobody on site to help in these cases and no contact number where one cloud call to ask help on these type of issues.

I liked this because it’s just one large locker, that can fit several bags, and you can access it throughout the day. It seemed more secure than the other luggage storage services as there’s a code to get in and a code to your locker. However, it is a bit inconvenient to have to prebook online and the price seems a bit high for something only open until 10. It would be nice if it was 24 hours.

No customer support after 10pm and the lockers can't be operated even if you're in the premises sometimes. Had a horrible experience , couldn't operate the locker and had to change all my flights. Was told by security that police will be called on me. They charged me an extra days stay because their locker won't open on time. Cost me 300 euros to change all my travel plans. Can't recommend at all.

Thank you for your message. Let's remember the truth. As soon as you place your order, you know the opening hours (8 a.m. to 10 p.m.). For the security of the premises and the luggage present in the lockers, we want security to be optimal. You preferred to come at closing time it's your choice but you knew there was a risk when you arrived at the door at 9:59 p.m. and 33 seconds the hour is the hour, after the hour it is not the hour anymore Our security service has asked you to leave the room because the alarm has gone off and has warned you that the Police will intervene because the alarm is ringing... This story is less Hollywood than yours, but it aims to tell the truth.

We were in need of a locker for all the baggages just to visit Paris freely and without any weight and we have google it. We found City Locker services and we liked it. There were really no options of rental, for example price for hour, information about how many bags fit on the locker and we just bought two lockers when one was good. As one locker is 15€, we have paid too much for the space and time. Any way the system worked fine and was intuitive. We liked the space and it's a referal we have for another time in Paris :)

Very good service in an excellent location. Only thing that could be better: provide more clear instructions on how it works, it was not extremely clear that in order to recieve the access codes the reservation had to made on the website before arriving.
