Hello, to get in, it's very simple, it's written in big letters on our windows, you just have to book online on our website. Once you've booked, you'll receive your codes for the door and your locker for the day. It's very important to us and the safety of our customers' luggage that no-one should be able to enter the premises without a reservation. A hotline is available to answer any questions you may have. If an agent is not available, simply reply to the sms sent by the agent and he/she will answer you directly.

May husband I went to Paris, on our last day, we still have plenty of time to go around but as we all know the check out in hotels are until noon only, so we used this citylocker near the train station so it’ll be easy for us. It is a bit challenging to find the location as it is not in the main street. And during that time, there’s a construction going in front so the whole place was covered behind. We also had difficulties accessing the locker for some technical reason. Good thing is that they have a very attentive customer service. Who can access/help remotely. After several try, we managed to get in and securely lock our stuffs. All in all I will give them a good rate, if not just with technical problems. They are helpful and prompt.

Locker codes didn’t work. Customer service was not available to help. When they finally reached back it was 30 mins after we attempted to drop off luggage, so we had already hopped on our train. Customer service blamed us for “entering the code wrong” - no acknowledgement that we were provided wrong codes.
