It does the job, it's secure. What's missing is an hourly rate, when the need is short.

THE LOCATION OF CITY LOCKER ON GOOGLE IS NOT GOOD (the address is on a street parallel to the right street). The door of the locker where I put my suitcase closes very badly. Otherwise everything went well.

Excellent service. I was only concerned to find all the boxes already taken. It would help to know availability online

Good service. A bit deceptive when it’s marketed as lockers from €2/day, only to open it to a €15 minimum and full day locker when only needed for an hour or so

It could always be easier and more intuitive. In today's world, the fastest and clearer, the better. Companies than make their services super easy and fast are the winners.

When we first arrived, we had a little trouble opening the door. But after that, everything went smoothly.

Rather practical site, but beware of the location, which can be quite remote with suitcases.

Easy and efficient to use. We would have liked access to larger lockers to accommodate several large suitcases. For a family, having to use 5 lockers is a real drain on the budget.

Clean and practical place for what I had to do. A pity that the front door lock doesn't unlock more easily (error on one character not to be filled in). We could appreciate that there's no time limit (why close at 10pm when everything is automatic?).

Shunya Thank you for using our service. We take note of your comment and will pass it on to the relevant department. The price of 15€/day/4 pieces of luggage makes our service the cheapest in Paris considering the level of luggage security we offer. We take note of your comments and will do our best to earn your 5 stars on your next visit. We hope to see you again soon.

It was difficult to put heavy luggage on the top shelf.
It would have been easy if there was a stepping stone.
The procedure for entering the room was easy.
I'm glad I didn't have to go sightseeing with heavy luggage.

The only problem I have is that you can't choose which locker to put your suitcase in, so I had to put my large suitcase on top.

The apartment for 4 people was supposed to have a bedroom separated by a door, a large table and a large living area, which was not the case.

This comment doesn't concern us; we're a luggage storage company, not an apartment rental company.

Thank you very much Noëllie for entrusting us with your luggage. We are sorry if you found our service expensive, we always try to offer the best service at the best price available by guaranteeing you the highest level of SECURITY for your luggage. We can never do enough to keep your most precious possessions SAFE. You used your locker from 10:47 to 21:00, i.e. over 10 hours, and paid €15, i.e. €1.5 per hour, for a locker that can hold up to 4 pieces of luggage. I'm not sure you'll find anything cheaper in Paris :) Looking forward to seeing you again at CITY-LOCKER

I like the Idea, Easy access, in City Center, next to the station Generally location was good.
As rate I think it's expensive I used only for 3 hr and I paid 15 EUR, what I mean there is no options for hrs only days.
But Generally is a good option and solution

Too expensive. 15 euros for 2 hours? Make options less than 24hours
Response from CITY-LOCKER Paris
Hello , Thank you for using our service. Regarding the price, it is from 15€ for 14 hours for up to 4 luggages means 0,22€/hours/luggage for a full day rent. We guaranty you won't find a cheaper price in Paris unless you leave your luggage to a friend apartment :)! We hope we will have the pleasure of welcoming you again in one of our 6 locations in Paris. Have a nice evening.

The storage space was also good. The space was also quite spacious and clean. However, be careful as the keypad is sometimes recognized twice.
