Customer service is really great! I made several mistakes, the first being booking on the wrong day. Customer service helped us and reimbursed us. Then some problems to get out of the luggage room, the customer service person helped us kindly despite a difficult situation due to fatigue. The next time I'm in Paris I will not hesitate to rent from city locker. Highly recommended! Merci thank you

It's a shame this isn't better known, especially by those who filter museum entrances...

Very smooth process - book and pay online, get a personal code for the locker via text, turn up and store suitcases, very easy! When you're ready to collect your suitcases, it's very easy to do so, and the great thing is that it's a 5 minute walk from Gare du Nord! It was great for us!

This service was so handy, particularly as it was located on the street I was staying on. Good instructions, easy to get in. We had a locker on the top row, which could have been tricky to hoist the suitcase up to if I'd been on my own, but otherwise this was an excellent option for safely storing our belongings.

Convenient concept near the Opera. Major drawbacks: entrance doors and lockers don't open.

Hello We have just read your comment on Avis Vérifiés and thank you for it. However after checking it seems that the locker has been used: Here are the times it was opened: Id : 0001044767 - Date : 21/08/2023 15:01:37 Id : 0001044770 - Date : 21/08/2023 15:02:34 Id : 0001044773 - Date : 21/08/2023 15:04:02 Id: 0001044779 - Date: 21/08/2023 15:06:07 Id: 0001044782 - Date: 21/08/2023 15:06:40 Id: 0001044785 - Date: 21/08/2023 15:07:29 Id: 0001045139 - Date: 21/08/2023 18:15:38 Could it have been used by someone else to whom you gave your codes?
