thank you for your comment which corresponds perfectly to your friend's defamation campaign. we sent the codes by sms and by email as soon as you called ... just you were 3, ordered 3 lockers and you only needed 2 of them, d or it was a defamation campaign which can be punished by law. .... we let the customers judge with the many positive opinions ....

Hello, thank you for your feedback. We do not understand your remark since the order is made by you directly on our website, we do not intervene at any time in the order ... When you take your order, you have all the information on the addresses, the size lockers the dates available and we ask you how many lockers you want to reserve. You do not meet anyone from the company at any time in the ordering process so we do not understand this comment

The locker did not close, it was clearly broken. There was shown an "emergency number" between 8:00 and 22:00. We called three times between 11:20 and 11:50, but no one picked up the phone. So, we put our luggage in a different locker. We sent a message and received answer: 'just close it slowly, no problem'. It clearly did not close and was broken. So, the person texted us that a mechanic would look at the problem. We asked for a refund. Subsequently, we did not hear back.
The point of a city locker is to avoid having a hassle with lugage and be able to visit a city without trouble. This clearly did not work and the subsequent service was bad.

Hello, thank you for your feedback which does not reflect the experience you had. I will remind you how your experience went. You called the Hotline at 10.58 a.m. and you received a text message which you answered. You informed us that you were unable to close your locker, we checked and you opened the locker twice... you informed us that you had reserved a 2nd locker, we sent a technician on site who found that the locker was fully operational since it was closed when he arrived. Our hotline has answered you and informed you of the situation. we are not responsible for the fact that you order a 2nd locker before our hotline manages your file and even before having contacted us.
