This was a simple activity to complete. The online registration was simple and the subsequent instructions on accessing the location was clear. It was a good 5 minute walk to the lockers from Gare du Nord station. It was great to have the security knowing once inside the room you were away from prying eyes if you needed to rearrange your suitcase. Would recommend these to anyone wanting to off load their gear and sightsee before a late flight.

Everything is okay, but setting the second number to the locker number still leaves the option for other people that rent a City Locker to open the other lockers. If I rent one locker, I basically have access to the other ones. That's not as safe as you advertise it.
Otherwise the location is fine, it is easy to find, close to the city center, and the lockers are spacious.

I was able to use it with confidence !
You can easily enter with the security code sent to you.
However, the problem is to put a 30kg suitcase in the upper locker.
I'm tall and strong, so I managed to do my best, but I don't think short women can enter.
I think it would be perfect if you could select the upper row, the lower row.

It's a shame to find information on the site that rental starts at 2€/day, only to have to pay 15€ for 4 hours of rental in front of the locker. This gives the unpleasant impression of being taken for donkeys.
