City-Locker Paris consistently delivers convenient, well-located lockers that are easy to use and secure, with clear directions and simple access via a door code. The lockers are described as spacious and practical, enabling multiple bags or backpacks to be stored comfortably, and the locations near major transit hubs or landmarks make drop-off and pick-up straightforward. Customers highlight quick and reliable service, intuitive interfaces, and a smooth experience from arrival to departure, with several noting the value and practicality for early arrivals or sightseeing days. Overall, the service is praised for reliability, accessibility, and peace of mind in securely storing belongings.
Very happy. For one bag, the price would have been a bit much, but we had 3 big bags and we wanted to enjoy our final day in Paris without carrying all the stuff around. 15 euros feels like a bit much for storage, but it was right in the city center close to the places we wanted to see on our last day. 15 euros for freedom was worth it in my opinion!

Locker didn't close properly after I revisited to retrieve something. I called the emergency line 5 times: nobody answered.

The buttons to type in the code do not work properly. I had to reenter the code 5-6 times for it to work, and this had already been the case when I used it in October 2022.
Also a large spanish family (15+) entered the citylocker so we had to wait more than 15 minutes because they would not move...
Other than that nothing to say, simple and efficace...would use again

Convenient but not secure enough. Ideally, you should be able to enter your personal code for your locker.

Hello Guy, Thank you for your feedback. Regarding the security of our lockers, CityLocker spaces are monitored 24/7 by our surveillance cameras and locker codes are personal for each of our customers, changing every day for reservations of more than one day. The entire CityLocker team wishes you an excellent day and hopes to see you soon in one of our lockers.

Well located and secure. The keypads on the door and outside were pretty temperamental so required several attpts at code entry but I read this was the case so expected that. Otherwise was convenient & easy to book. Would use again

The booking web app is easy to use. The passwords immediately arrived on my cell phone: one is for the front door, the other for opening the locker.
The last digits of the pw identify the assigned locker.
