Wrong information on pricing and it is way too expensive. In the website it says that it is 2€ daily, based on that I went to the place and found out that I have to pay 15€ instead. I feel tricked. And 15€ is too much.
Response from CITY-LOCKER Paris
Hello, thank you for sharing your opinion. The prices of our lockers can be found on our website and they are really reasonables. It’s important to notice that the indicated price matches the price by locker which can contain up to 4 suitcases but we are sorry if the prices didn’t fit your expectations. Furthermore, the price for some days can decrease down to 2 euros if you book for several days (also written on the website) We wish you a very good day and we hope to see you again in one of our storages very soon.

Very easy to locate and book a locker. Very secure method and was a handy way of storing our luggage due to having a flight booked later on that night which saved us having to take our luggage around with us all day whilst site-seeing.

Very convenient.
Cheaper than other lockers, but the lockers in Paris are expensive.
They are big and hold a lot.
I wish there were more lockers in convenient places, like near bus stops.

That same day, I mistakenly made a reservation for the lockers at the train stations and near the Eiffel Tower. I immediately emailed to try to cancel the order. I received no reply to my request. Otherwise, the service is very practical. However, we didn't manage to enter ( first code didn't work. Fortunately, at both baggage drop-off and baggage claim, customers let us in and we were able to use the code to open the locker. As I said earlier, this is the Eifel Tower locker. OLIVIER

There could be the possibility to inform the bag size and take a lower locker. If you are alone and needs to lift a 23kg bag estou the top locker, you can have some difficulties.
The system works very good and the location was nice.

Easy to navigate the booking (which is only online), good sized lockers, could fit about 5 backpacks with no issue. The code system is great, there's cctv and a person inside cleaning and keeping an eye on things.

It was fairly easy to use and get to. For reference, our family of 5 needed 3 lockers for 5 small suitcases, 5 carry-ons, jackets, and a few misc items. It was good that it opened at 8:00am (the others opened at 10:00) and it was open on Jan 1 (others were not).

Difficult to open the door by entering pin code. The input must be done very slowly….
