Location was pretty good, only short walk to RoissyBus stop to get to the airport. Cleanliness could have been better, the flooring needs renovation at some point soon. Lockers itself worked well!

The quality of the lockers is very low. They are not safe at all. The door of one of the lockers had been broken in order to take the contents out. Since the doors are made of some sort of plywood it was not difficult to break it.

No need to write a Hollywood scenario about the missing locker door, we assure you there was no intrusion and break-in but simply a door that is being repaired because a customer broke the lock with his suitcase... We assure you the lockers are very solid with 9 years of existence, there have never been any thefts. we remind you that all our premises are under alarm and video surveillance 24/24

Gemakkelijk online te boeken, ruime en propere lockers, ik gebruikte 2 verschillende centraal gelegen locaties. Codes werden snel bezorgd. Enige nadeel: toetsenbord reageerde niet altijd goed waardoor code meermaals moest worden ingebracht. Bij een volgende citytrip boek ik zeker weer een locker.

I had no problems making the reservation, but when I needed they to help me bc my locker had problems, the guy who attended the call was really really rude and had me waiting around half hour for a code.
