Service was smooth and intuitive to use, no issues with the codes. Being able to Drop of our luggage only 2 minutes from the train station gave us a full further day of exploring. 2 Lockers for 3 people was enough size.

Really easy and convenient. Left two large cabin bags and returned to them at several points in the day before retrieving at night.

Overall a very good experience. I read each locker would hold 3 pieces of luggage….I didn’t see the dimensions. I would say 3 small pieces of luggage. Fortunately we were able to get 2 additional lockers at the same sight. We were in process of moving my daughter here for school so we had 4 large cases, 1 small case and 3 backpacks which we managed to fit into 4 lockers. It was great to have a place not to far from our BnB to drop our luggage in the early morning when we arrived while awaiting our 3 pm check in. It allowed us to sightsee in the interim. I would definitely recommend!

Very easy to use. Instructions are clear and the location seems safe. It is a perfect option to use while sightseeing or after you checkout and before you go to the airport.

The hours are terrible. We didn't realize this was not 24 hours access... your luggage is only accessible.between 8 am to 10 pm. We nearly missed our flight because our luggage was trapped in the locker after their 'open' hours. It caused us tremendous stress and expense on account of not being able to access our luggage when we needed it.
Response from CITY-LOCKER Paris
Hello Thank you for your message. Our opening hours are clearly indicated on the website but also on the shops. When placing your order, you had all the necessary information (time information, addresses and codes are specified in the order confirmation email) We remind you that our sales department, on a very exceptional basis, allowed you to recover your luggage the next day without having to pay for the additional day.

I messed up and booked the wrong day. Staff were helpful and sorted it. Small niggle - all communication was by email & text. I did not spot their email response telling me it was sorted so I tried calling the provided number but no reply - which was frustrating.

The locker was much larger than we expected and easily held 2 carry on bags plus 3 small laptop size bags and some shopping. The entire process was easy and it was a short stroll to both stations.(we arrived at one and left from the other). Would absolutely use again

I had a great experience with City Locker. It was convenient (happened to be close to our hotel), and they were very prompt with the access information, and the instructions were good. On top of that, I needed to extend the reservation by a day, and the person I worked with via email was very helpful in extending the reservation. This was a great service and I would definitely recommend.

・I ordered online in advance, so I don't have to worry about not having a locker to use after I go.

everything worked perfectly, the locker is easy to use. The price is quite high because you are obliged to book a whole day. And the location is not really near chatelet, the nearest metro station is Reaumur Sebastopol.

easy, handy and very well located, a few min walk from Saint Lazare Train station and Opera / Roissy Bus, it's super practical
a bit pricey if you only need it for a few hours (between check out and transport for instance) as they only do prices for the full day, but I am satisfied

A little bit expensive, it should be possible to pay per hours and not per days.
