Very good experience. Everything is secure and access was easy. The locker is large, so you can easily fit 2 medium suitcases and your shopping bags. Saint Lazare station is close (5 to 7 minutes on foot, if I remember correctly).

On two occasions, I had to try several times to close the locker door because the locking mechanism wouldn't engage. And it wasn't because I had overfilled it, because even once the locker was empty, I almost couldn't close it at all.
