Thankful for these lockers being in existence, as we were not able to check into our Airbnb until late afternoon and arrived in Paris very early. 4 stars only because it took several tries to get the codes to work for our lockers but it worked out in the end. Definitely felt safe and secure with our bags there for several hours. And great location!

Door lock from street worked after few attempts.

Easy to find , excellent troubleshooting

For tourist who don't have an international sim, the wifi didn't seem to work, it would be a better help if I could use the wifi to buy the locker for the bags, or even receive the codes. Codes were a bit finicky and hard to try the number pad was resetting constantly. All in all almost excellent.

The on line reservation is wellfunctioning. The digit codes and functioning at entry door and locker as well. The entry door could be better to handle, two pcs luggage and one person is not easy with a door you really have to push

Good idea and practical. The code on the door is the same code as for the lockers. Only one number needs to be added. I find this very insecure. A woman stood constantly at the code field. At first we thought she was looking for her own code because she was constantly doing something on her cell phone. Unfortunately, we were too careless at first and entered the code in front of the woman. Then she just squeezed through the door and was then in the room. She just stood at the code field the whole time and waited for us to enter our code and our luggage. So beware of scammers! The situation was too unsafe for us and unfortunately we couldn't use the locker. Waste of money.

I had a setback that forced me to cancel my order and I asked for a full or partial refund. This was refused.

Everything was smooth. The only thing is the neighborhood where the lockers are. In the evening it is not so nice. Better if the lockers are in the station….

Is it possible to book for a few hours instead of a day?

2nd time in Paris and we used twice this locker. Everything okay, but to improve the keyboard for opening the door. You have to insert the code many times and very slowly until the door opens.

I found the system that uses codes to open the room door and another code for the closet to be efficient. My suggestion is to rent the locker by the hour since I left my backpack for two hours and had to pay for the whole day.

The service is good but we could be charged by the hour and not by the day, i have used only for a few hours and paid for the whole period.

I would have given 5 stars but I had to put five times the combination to unlock the locker because it did not open.

Useful and easy to book. However, the building entry system is badly designed and hard to use - myself and another customer I met there both wasted 10-15 mins trying to get the door open. Locker doors worked well.

Very practical locker. It's just a shame that, by default, the site where you place your order offers to rent 2 lockers... As a result, if you read too quickly, you rent 2 lockers instead of just one. I bet this happens a lot, and it's not very honest!

I want to more size detail, because my 2 baggages not put it in.
Though I have to rent an another locker for 1 bag.

Way to expensive! I had to leave my bag there because they wouldn’t let me in at the Opera, and 12€ for over one hour? Excesive, they should have an hourly rate, too!

The entry code of the front door did not work. After 15 scary minutes and many times entering the code again and again the door opened.

Nice and spacious locker

It's a great idea and a great service, as you don't have to carry your luggage around with you. On the other hand, it works in situ, but you have to hang on! The buttons aren't very sensitive, and the bios are inaudible. Clearer instructions would be a big plus!
