The place was dirty

good overall and practical for everything (booking, use...)

Fast, safe and easy to access. An ideal service for enjoying the capital without having to pack too many suitcases.

Easy access and spacious. Too bad the lockers aren't accessible later at night.

Unable to cancel our reservation due to a last minute problem, we lost 12 €.

Ho usato questo servizio durante una breve visita alla città. Ho avuto qualche difficoltà con i codici di accesso ma sono stati risolti velocemente con una semplice telefonata. Molto comodo, armadio spazioso e pulito.

It's a very good idea and I would use again, there was enough space for 2 small suitcases and it was clean. But I was surprised to see that the front door which needed a code to enter was actually already open. It was broken and wouldn't close behind us either. So anyone can just walk in to the area where these lockers are. The lockers themselves are secure, are used by lots of people and there are also security cameras so felt OK to leave stuff there anyway.

a bit away from Chatelet-Les _Halles metro station, but fine there was another station at short distance. The lockers was pretty large.

Locker size is small, has small pieces that prevent correct fitting for two standard baggage pieces. The price is high for the space you get.

al regresar para recoger la maleta del locker el sistema no funcionaba, ninguno de los lockers abria por lo que tuvimos que llamar a la asistente del espacio y no pudo solucionar el inconveniente hasta que uno de los cliente pudo ver que habian desenchufado el sistema de la electiricidad. Deben cuidar mucho el sistema electrico ya que hubo personas que se tuvieron que ir sin su maleta , inclusive varios perdieron el vuelo

Spaces too small, and the lockers are a 7-8 minute walk from Les Halles, even though the presentation suggests they are in Les Halles station. Impractical.

Easy to use and very practical. We had three small suitcases (hand luggage) that fit easily. The only thing not so convenient: it was a bit hard to find (even with Google maps) and quite a walk from the trainstation

The cost of storing two suitcases was 24 euros. We needed the storage only for one hour, so the price was totally unexpected. The information on the web page is absolutely misleading ("From 2€/ locker; Cheapest price per baggage in Paris!"). Two points only because our luggage was safe for the single hour we needed to store it. Disappointed.

May husband I went to Paris, on our last day, we still have plenty of time to go around but as we all know the check out in hotels are until noon only, so we used this citylocker near the train station so it’ll be easy for us. It is a bit challenging to find the location as it is not in the main street. And during that time, there’s a construction going in front so the whole place was covered behind. We also had difficulties accessing the locker for some technical reason. Good thing is that they have a very attentive customer service. Who can access/help remotely. After several try, we managed to get in and securely lock our stuffs. All in all I will give them a good rate, if not just with technical problems. They are helpful and prompt.

the door you need to enter has a very used keyboard and we (and other guests) had huge problems to get in. Nerveracking. Not for the money we had to pay for it

Easy to purchase with clear instructions for location and entry. The building was easy to find but not so obvious that any passer-by would realise it was full of luggage/an easy target for stealing things. We got in the building with no issue using the secure code keypad.
However, the interior keypad to unlock our individual locker was difficult to use, keys were sticky, and I had to enter the code multiple times until the locker unlocked. The format of the individual locker codes was formulaic so anyone else who was using that Citylocker venue would have been able to crack the code for our locker and take our things, which made us a bit anxious. Thankfully nobody did.
Our locker was a great size, more than enough room for our stuff. We were lucky that we managed to get in and out without too much trouble once I had figured out that the interior keypad was dodgy and needed pressing a certain way.

Good position and easy to be used, but the location is not clearly visible and I had some troubles.

Tricky to input the code. But once i had figured that out, it was fine. Bags were safe for the day

The location was good, easy to find. We had a little trouble trying to enter the locker room, but once inside there was no problem. I would use citylocker again when I travel.

A very practical and secure system for dropping off suitcases and enjoying the last few hours of your stay before catching your train or plane.

It was very convenient and straight forward although I did feel a big anxious about the fact all the lockers opened with the same code but with the digit of the locker number changed. I would feel a lot better if each locker had completely different codes.

A signpost could help locate .... and the same visibility at St Lazare, which does not offer this service... French and foreign tourists welcome

Problems with the codes

It was difficult to figure out how to open the locker so perhaps clearer instructions could be put up. However there was very good communication by phone which sorted it out very quickly

Easy in every aspect.

It was initally a bit confusing to understand how it all works, but once you understand it , everything works well and as expected.

The individual code for each locker is the locker number, which isn't very secure. So anyone who knows this trick can reserve a locker and go and open the others.

Easy to use. A bit pricey, but it was nice to be able to leave my bags for the day and access them multiple times. Customer service was quick to help when I needed it too. Would recommend.

Very good idea for dropping off this luggage.

We made the mistake of booking two places and contacted the agency right away but they didn't agree to give us a refund...

the people before us couldn't open the door, and without their help my locker would never have opened.
