Overall was good and smooth, only thing is the misleading part of the pricing. Understand it stated "from", but from a 2euro to actual 15 euro, it is a huge different.

It looked very good and everything was explained simply, the security is top, only getting to City Locker is not easy with the suitcase and on foot, it was very exhausting to get there, especially because there were no elevators available at the stops. So taking a taxi there would be good, just not with public transport.

Arrived at the door, the code they sent me didn't work. The phone number was useless, because was an automatic response to leave a message. After trying a few times, someone opened the door remotely and contacted me via the security camera inside opening the locker for me. I had a train to catch in the afternoon and I didn't know if the door will open or not when I will came to collect my luggage. Not a pleasant experience

Sehr einfach zu bedienen, Übermittlung der Codes hat super funktioniert. Einzige Kritik: wir hätten das Gepäck gerne schon vor 8:00 Uhr eingeschlossen.

Locker place was easy to find with google maps, not far from Les Halles and Pompidou. We could just fit 4 carry on suitcases in. Nothing extra, so we had to hire a second locker for our smaller bags & jackets.

Les espaces CITY-LOCKER sont surveillés par nos caméras de vidéo-surveillance 24h/24h 7j/7, notre équipe veille à ce que vos bagages soient stockés dans la plus grande sécurité possible.
Notre assurance couvre également vos effets personnels à hauteur de 1500 euros par casier.
Et tout cela à un coût effectivement, et nous sommes les seuls sur Paris à vous proposer ce niveau de sécurité à double sécurisation : code porte et code casier.
Et de plus, ramener au bagages cela coûte 3,75€ pour la journée (8:00-22:00)

Convenient only up to 10PM. Which I don’t understand why. You just need the code to enter therefore people could come pick up their luggage at any time

Very large locker for storing suitcases, it's great, too bad it's a daily service and not hourly, because it blocks a locker for the whole day when sometimes it's just for a few hours. Otherwise, very easy to use.

Useful during our bike trip to store our luggage so we could visit Notre Dame. The lockers are large and easily accessible. It is still a bit expensive though.

When we return back to pick up the luggage, the code for the door did not work any more. It happened to the family right after me as well. Fortunately they speak French and has French phone number. They called City Locker. CityLocker opened the door remotely. Everything else was smooth.

Worked fine enough. But there is no way a locker fits 4 carry on bags as advertised. We barely fit three. Be cautious of this if you have multiple bags.

Sur le site est indiqué un tarif « à partir de 2 euros ». En réalité en arrivant la seule option possible est un paiement de 15€. Très déçue!

Pour des réservations de plusieurs jours, les tarifs sont dégressifs.
Certains jours bénéficient de promotions, pouvant descendre jusqu'à 2€/jour.
