I could not go to the locker because it is far from the Eiffel Tower and therefore can not give you my opinion except that they responded unfavorably to my request for refund.

I would like to remind you that you contacted us via our hotline and by e-mail to inform us that you no longer had time to drop off your suitcases in the locker you had reserved. We are located at 29 rue de l'exposition 75007 Paris, a 5-minute walk from the Champs de Mars and the Eiffel Tower. In your case, we are unable to issue a refund as explained above. The price advertised was 2 Euros, the price we paid was 12... misleading info. Then, we couldn't unlock the lockers very easily. Luckily we are engineers and worked it out!

The location would be better described as Metrostation Reamur-Sebastopol. Caused some unnecessary walking with heavy bags.

Found it a little confusing on how to get into the locker, but overall this was a good experience. My bags remained safe while I visited the Eiffel tower

Everything was easy to do. The locker floor could have been a little bit cleaner; there was some slight debris in the bottom, probably from suitcase wheels. But I’m very picky about cleanliness, so would probably be fine for most people.
My bag was fine in the end and I had no problems. Would probably use again.
