There should be an option to cancel. In the end, we only used one box and could not cancel the other one.

The compartments are smaller than expected, but with a bit of pushing we managed to fit a task case, a carry-on suitcase, 2 backpacks, and some small items. But whether 4 carry-on suitcases would really have fit, we now don't believe...

とても安全に、スムーズに利用できました。しかし私は女性で力がなく、背も低いので、一番上の段のロッカーにスーツケースを入れるのは大変でした！ロッカーの場所を選べたらいいのに！

Problem: the locker code starts like the door code, so anyone with the door code can open all the lockers!!!

Uncomplicated booking and payment. The locker is sufficient for a maximum of 4 mini suitcases or 2 medium-sized suitcases. Be sure to measure beforehand! Downside: The entrance door did not close properly.

Easy to understand the use of the locker. A longer evening opening time would have been appreciated, as well as a small table inside to use as a support for moving items between backpacks.

Practical service, easy to use and located in places suitable for tourists. The only downside is the price of €15 regardless of the duration of use. A price adaptable to the duration would provide a better service for short-term tourists.

Thank you for using our service. We take note of your comment which we will forward to the relevant department. The price of €15/day/4 bags makes our service the cheapest in Paris considering the level of baggage security, which is €3.75/day/bag - €0.26/hour/bag. We look forward to seeing you again in one of our CITY-LOCKER luggage storage spaces.

Thank you for using our luggage storage service in Paris and for sharing your feedback with us. The CITY-LOCKER spaces are monitored by our surveillance cameras 24/7, and our team ensures that your luggage is stored as securely as possible. Our insurance also covers your personal belongings up to 1500 euros per locker. And all this comes at a cost, and we are the only ones in Paris to offer you this level of security with double protection: door code and locker code. Additionally, returning the luggage costs 2€ for the day (8:00-22:00). We hope we have answered your questions and wish you an excellent day, looking forward to seeing you again at CITY-LOCKER.
