Hello Daniella, Thanks for sharing your opinion, The problem you have had is that you have used someone else locker. You put your luggage in an open locker when you arrived without checking on your booking confirmation that it was your assigned one and dialing your deposit code. So that when the person who has this locker arrived and saw luggage inside he empty it. City locker works like an hotel! When you book you are assigned a code and a locker. Very convenient! We were staying in an AirBnb that was on the 4th floor with no elevator and had heavy luggage. This was a great solution. The only negative is that it opens at 8am, which made me cut it close getting to the airport in time. Since it's unmanned, not sure why there have to be specific hours. Otherwise, it was the first time I used a place like this and I would definitely do it again!!

The system is easy and reliable. One locker is enough for three cabin suitecases and 2 backpacks. Make sure to know the measuremen before you select the amount of lockers. The place is safe and you can entry only by secure code.

It was great and I felt my things were safe so I was able to enjoy my day in Paris. It fit my 12kg carry bag, a regular backpack and another hand bag. I used it in two different days and both times were great.

Very easy to book online, recieved locker code etc. straight away. Felt confident our belongings were safe, we were pleased we could drop our bags for the day allowing us to enjoy our last day in Paris.
Right near Gare du Nord and easy to find.

We guaranty you won't find a cheaper price in Paris unless you leave your luggage to a friend apartment :)! The drop off process worked as expected. However, the pickup process did not.
The code to unlock the outer door to the room did not work. It seemed the push buttons may not have been working for some digits. The only way to get assistance was to make a local call and leave a message. After we did that, we kept trying our unlock code. The door then opened. We have no idea if it was due to remote assistance or the code suddenly worked. If you use this service, be sure to have a method to make local calls in Paris from your mobile, and allow extra time for the pick up.

The keypad has been change and the problem that we sometimes have is that it is à US one and not a Européen one so that the digit are reversed. It is true that you need to have a telephone in order to received your codes by text (as well as mail) and to be able to call our hotline one case of problem. The lockers are not far from the main railway station and the area is not very dangerous. The safety of all luggages is well maintained and one can have a tour of Paris at ease. The cost of 15€/day is also bearable and is much convenient if you’re sharing it with your partner. Look forward to using them in future as well.
