The drop off process worked as expected. However, the pickup process did not.
The code to unlock the outer door to the room did not work. It seemed the push buttons may not have been working for some digits. The only way to get assistance was to make a local call and leave a message. After we did that, we kept trying our unlock code. The door then opened. We have no idea if it was due to remote assistance or the code suddenly worked. If you use this service, be sure to have a method to make local calls in Paris from your mobile, and allow extra time for the pick up.

Hello, Miki Thanks for using our service and sorry it does not reach your expectations. We take good note of your comments that will help us improve our service. The keypad has been change and the problem that we sometimes have is that it is à US one and not a Européen one so that the digit are reversed. It is true that you need to have a telephone in order to received your codes by text (as well as mail) and to be able to call our hotline one case of problem. Have a nice day and a nice week-end and once again thanks for using our service and we hope we'll have the pleasure of welcoming you again in one of our 6 locations in Paris. City-Locker's Team

The lockers are not far from the main railway station and the area is not very dangerous. The safety of all luggages is well maintained and one can have a tour of Paris at ease. The cost of 15€/day is also bearable and is much convenient if you’re sharing it with your partner. Look forward to using them in future as well.

Um pouco confuso para reservar pois pedem código postal e quando se é turista não se tem conhecimento desses códigos, mas com um pouco de paciência consegue reserva-se.

Location and the storage size was perfect for us. We had three luggages, two small and one middle size and we could be able to store them all in one storage. Definitely recommend to anyone who need to store luggages.

I got the locker num2 the closure is a bit haphazard. I close it, then I try to pull it with my hand and the closure comes undone and the locker opens. I've done this several times, and sometimes it closes well, and sometimes it opens by itself. So technically it's dangerous. But I've left my stuff there without a worry. The size of the locker is smaller than in the ad.

Hello Linah Ullette and thank you for taking the time to bring this problem to our attention. As we are very concerned about our customers' satisfaction, we take your feedback into account and always strive to improve our service in order to better satisfy our customers. The locker was checked and needed a little maintenance. Our hotline, open 7/7 from 8:00 to 22:00, could have helped you and suggested another caiser. Concerning the size of the locker, it corresponds to the one indicated on our website: Locker dimensions: W 48 cm x H 61 cm x D 85 cm. This size fits most large suitcases and can hold up to 4 pieces of IATA international size cabin luggage (55 x 35 x 20 cm). We look forward to seeing you soon in one of our 6 Paris locations.

Brilliant option to store several smaller items, with the ability to add more shopping to the storage! Most other services charge per item, which is very cheeky, and could turn out very expensive, unless you are storing only one or two large pieces of luggage.
