Was easy to use and straightforward. However the entrance door was opened, I think it would be great to lock it and be able to open it with the code as it originally meant to be.

Very easy to order and very easy to use. On the other hand 15 euros for leaving 2 suitcases from 10h00 to 17h00.... is very expensive!

Hello Genevieve, Thank you very much for entrusting us with your luggage, we are sorry if you found our service expensive, we always try to offer the best service at the best price available given that our rates are for lockers and not per baggage and that you can put up to 4 bags per locker or maximum 3.75€ per baggage for a day (8:00-22:00). We hope to see you again and wish you a pleasant day!

Simple enough to use and allows you to have autonomy. Location is great and the facility was clean. When we arrived, the front door was not locked as it should have been so a level of protection was removed. I emailed the company and never heard back.

Customer service is really great! I made several mistakes, the first being booking on the wrong day. Customer service helped us and reimbursed us. Then some problems to get out of the luggage room, the customer service person helped us kindly despite a difficult situation due to fatigue. The next time I'm in Paris I will not hesitate to rent from city locker. Highly recommended! Merci thank you

Very smooth process - book and pay online, get a personal code for the locker via text, turn up and store suitcases, very easy! When you're ready to collect your suitcases, it's very easy to do so, and the great thing is that it's a 5 minute walk from Gare du Nord! It was great for us!

There was a problem opening the luggage box. I received codes by email and sms. The code to open the door worked right away. But the code to open the box didn't work. There was only an answering machine on the given phone number. But after a while a man called me back. I gave my name to the booking and the box was unlocked, the code to open the box was now working properly. We lost an additional quarter of an hour and some stress. In the end, everything worked out. To sum up, I recommend this system. There was a problem, but it was solved quite efficiently.

Too expensive, and it only fit a big suitcase instead of a big one and a small suitcase.

Response from CITY-LOCKER Paris Published on 01/09/2023

Hello Júlia, Thank you for using our service. Regarding the price, it is from 12€ for 14 hours for up to 4 luggages means 0,22€/hours/luggage for a full day rent. We guaranty you won't find a cheaper price in Paris unless you leave your luggage to a friend apartment :)! Regarding, the lockers size, we can assure you that one big suitcase and one small bag can enter, it also depends of the size of your things. We hope we will have the pleasure of welcoming you again in one of our 6 locations in Paris. Have a nice evening.

This service was so handy, particularly as it was located on the street I was staying on. Good instructions, easy to get in. We had a locker on the top row, which could have been tricky to hoist the suitcase up to if I'd been on my own, but otherwise this was an excellent option for safely storing our belongings.

The locker is not big enough to hold 2 check in suitcases.
We had 1 check in suitcase along with 1 small cabin suitcase but were only able to fit in one of the two…

Response from CITY-LOCKER Paris Published on 01/09/2023

Hello Mukul, Thank you for sharing your opinion, The lockers sizes are written on our website and can be stored up to 4 luggages (IATA Regulations), it also depends on the luggages size of course. We hope to see you again in one of our storages very soon ! Have a nice day.
