Impractical account creation, external keyboard with some deteriorated keys and key sound too weak given the ambient noise during the day. Very high price for a few hours.

It is very useful if you are a tourists who have arrives a lot earlier than their checkin time. It is a little bit costly, but it is convenient. It might be useful to improve the instructions for usage of the service

The name of location was somewhat misleading, as it was 10 min walk from les halles - a long one with suitcases

You also have access to the Google Maps link to evaluate the distance from Les Halles to CityLocker Chatelet les Halles (which is 650 meters so 8 minutes walk) The CityLocker's team wish you a great day !

Bonsoir Thanks for using our service and for your feed back. The location you have booked is 10 mn walking distance from Eiffel Tower and musée du quai Branly not sure it is very fare. By the way all the distances information are given in our website so that you can choose not to book if you think it’s to fare from where you want to go. Sorry you didn’t enjoy our service.

It is important to note that the price indicated corresponds to the price per locker and that they can accommodate up to 4 suitcases, but we are sorry if they did not suit you. Very happy. For one bag, the price would have been a bit much, but we had 3 big bags and we wanted to enjoy our final day in Paris without carrying all the stuff around. 15 euros feels like a bit much for storage, but it was right in the city center close to the places we wanted to see on our last day. 15 euros for freedom was worth it in my opinion!

Locker didn't close properly after I revisited to retrieve something. I called the emergency line 5 times: nobody answered.

The buttons to type in the code do not work properly. I had to reenter the code 5-6 times for it to work, and this had already been the case when I used it in October 2022.
Also a large spanish family (15+) entered the citylocker so we had to wait more than 15 minutes because they would not move...
Other than that nothing to say, simple and efficace...would use again
