poor communication on payment (it's not clear on the website that payment is exclusively online)

Response from CITY-LOCKER Paris
Hello Julie, Thank you for your opinion. We're sorry you didn't understand the payment method. As our stores are fully automated, payment is only possible online. We make this clear in the FAQ on our website, and our payment methods are specified at the bottom of the home page. We hope to see you soon in one of our CityLocker spaces!

The lockers were very easy to access and convenient to our apartment. A good value for storing our luggage on our first day in Paris.

The lockers are full of dirt. They should be cleaned daily. The size of the locker could be better specified before purchase. In our case, we paid for 2 lockers to put 3 suitcases in and then we saw that
everything would have fit perfectly in one locker.
Impossible to request a refund.

Response from CITY-LOCKER Paris
Hi Aitor, We are truly sorry for the troubles you had during your visit at CityLocker. However, cleaning society members come several times per week to clean the lockers and the premises to make your visit as pleasant as possible. However, the lockers sizes are written on our website and can be stored up to 4 luggages (IATA Regulations), it also depends on the luggages size of course. We hope to see you again in one of our storages very soon ! Have a nice day.

Response from CITY-LOCKER Paris
Hello Annie, thank you for sharing your opinion with us. The prices of our lockers can be consulted on the website before booking and they are very reasonable. It is important to note that the price indicated corresponds to the price per locker and that they can accommodate up to 4 suitcases, but we are sorry if they did not suit you. In addition, we offer a sliding scale of charges, down to 2 euros per day if you book for several days. We wish you an excellent day and hope to see you soon in one of our spaces.

Smooth. Only problem could be that there is no person at the locations. Have to rely on help through phone or email. They are responsive though.

Easy to use and secure. First time using city locker but not the last! Lockers hold more than we anticipated! A large + small rolling duffle or 2 rolling bags plus 1-2 backpacks. Great option for travel days without luggage hassles.

Hello, I think you are mistaken about the establishment you wish to rate, we are not a hotel but a luggage storage company. The CityLocker team wishes you an excellent day.
