I would have given 5 stars but I had to put five times the combination to unlock the locker because it did not open.

Long line at the train station. Found this place five minutes away. Quick and easy to register. Straight in and straight out. Meant I could enjoy the rest of the holiday without having to worry about my luggage. Definitely would use again.

Close to the St Lazare station, practical and reliable, provided you share the locker with several people as the price is quite high for a day with a single piece of luggage.

Useful and easy to book. However, the building entry system is badly designed and hard to use - myself and another customer I met there both wasted 10-15 mins trying to get the door open. Locker doors worked well.

Very practical locker. It's just a shame that, by default, the site where you place your order offers to rent 2 lockers... As a result, if you read too quickly, you rent 2 lockers instead of just one. I bet this happens a lot, and it's not very honest!

Response from CITY-LOCKER Paris
Hello Thank you for your feedback We are very surprised by your feedback. At NO time do we impose the number of lockers rented, it is up to you to choose the address, dates and number of lockers before validating and by default the number of lockers is on 1. You must have done the search for the rental of 2 lockers and your browsing history has retained this number as I can guarantee and you can do the test on different computer, tablet or phone.

Way to expensive! I had to leave my bag there because they wouldn’t let me in at the Opera, and 12€ for over one hour? Excesive, they should have an hourly rate, too!
Response from CITY-LOCKER Paris
Hello daniela, On the site it is written From 2€, you have access to information on the site The price is €12.00/day per locker for one day (8:00-22:00). (€15.00/day on weekends and public holidays) For reservations of several days, the rates are decreasing. Some days benefit from promotions, which can go down to 2€/day.

It's quick and self service. If you read the instructions right you will not have a problem. They emphasise their opening and closing time and as it is all automated, don't expect them to wait for 5 minutes additional. The size to keep luggage was alright - I could fit one large bag in one and in the second I fit medium size + small (x2).

The entry code of the front door did not work. After 15 scary minutes and many times entering the code again and again the door opened.

It's a great idea and a great service, as you don't have to carry your luggage around with you. On the other hand, it works in situ, but you have to hang on! The buttons aren't very sensitive, and the bios are inaudible. Clearer instructions would be a big plus!
