The quality of the lockers is very low. They are not safe at all. The door of one of the lockers had been broken in order to take the contents out. Since the doors are made of some sort of plywood it was not difficult to break it.

No need to write a Hollywood scenario about the missing locker door, we assure you there was no intrusion and break-in but simply a door that is being repaired because a customer broke the lock with his suitcase... We assure you the lockers are very solid with 9 years of existence, there have never been any thefts. we remind you that all our premises are under alarm and video surveillance 24/24

I had no problems making the reservation, but when I needed they to help me bc my locker had problems, the guy who attended the call was really really rude and had me waiting around half hour for a code.

We would like to clarify: you contacted the hotline because you could not enter your code to open your locker, it did not last 30 min as you indicate but much less because you stayed 3 min in the room. so our customer service helped you quickly as a reminder, our hotline is available from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. 7 days a week

We used the lockers after we had checked out of our accommodation. The location was excellent and the lockers were clean and a good size. When I booked online, I got a confirmation email straight away and the access details were clear and easy to follow.

Lockers are slightly too small to comfortably fit a standard large check in suitcase. The suitcase fits (on an angle), but does not allow for much else to fit, or certainly not a second suitcase. If you have a large check in suitcase and other baggage, suggest booking two lockers

Hello thank you for your message Here are the elements concerning the size of the locker as it appears on the site and which allows you to know what you can put in the locker. The size of our lockers is 85*61*48cm, which allows you to leave up to 3 bags or 3 cabin suitcases or a large suitcase and a small bag.

Very easy to use. Location was central and clean. Luggage was placed in single lockers that stayed locked (not backroom of a store or hotel) with a code that only I had. I felt this was a very safe and convenient luggage locker.
