Customer reviews of CITY-LOCKER Paris

Very easy to use

Good

I didn’t reserve the locker upfront, but arrived, registered on the website, got in within a minute. Easy to use. Great service.

easy, handy and very well located, a few min walk from Saint Lazare Train station and Opera / Roissy Bus, it's super practical
a bit pricey if you only need it for a few hours (between check out and transport for instance) as they only do prices for the full day, but I am satisfied

literally useful system, easy to use

Easy operation.

Easy to navigate, and purchase. A better explanation on how to use the access codes would be an improvement.

Very quick booking, easy and quick!

Sito chiaro e immediato

Everything with city locker was perfect for our early arrival in Paris. We dropped off our bags and kept busy until our apartment was ready. No problems at all!!

We had to wait 20 minutes because our code wasn’t working and nobody answered the phone, although after this incident everything went fine.

It was easy and fast, in my opinion a bit expensive, but a place to leave your bags if you have no other options.

Great!

everything worked as expected

It was really easy to use. The lockers were big enough to accommodate 4 backpacks.

Lockers should be in two sizes with two prices. Too expensive. Too high to put heavy bags in (for a woman). Promote WiFi. No cell reception.

Easy to use and safe. Close to Chatelet station.

absolutely awesome, lots of convenient locations, easy use and clear directions.

Locker was safe due to double key protection (one at the door and one for the locker)
Price was too much (it costs 15 €) per day

Practical and fast

Easy to book. Just next to the station.

So practical! And easy to use.

Excellent. A handy service located between Gare du Nord and Gare l'Este, and closer to the latter. It is not staffed, and operates entirely based on online booking and keypads. Separate codes are issued for the door in the street and for each locker, and they are unique to each user. What is more, if you rent a locker across several days, the codes for door and locker change each day. All codes are issued to you when your booking is paid for and confirmed. We found the place easily,b it was clean enough, in an area frequented by many travellers. There is an unavoidable set of stairs if you approach from Gare l'Este, so be prepared to carry your luggage. We found the booking and usage process seamless, and would recommend if you need to store luggage in Paris near the stations.

Alles hat perfekt geklappt!

,,)))

Easy to use

The door lock wasn't opening with the code I got on my phone, had to contact them to open the door for me. It was such a mess both when I went there to put my stuff and came back to take them. They should improve their door lock. Otherwise everything was fine.

Comodo, pratico, pulito e disponibilità (via mail) ad un cambio.

Very well located. Easy access. Simple to use. Lots of room and lots of time. Highly recommend

It was very easy to order lockers online the day prior to when we wanted them stored.

Good location, simple to use and many available lockers :)

Excellent service offering. Good location options.

Fine

I was able to leave my suitcase with peace of mind

Easy and priced fairly

Had a fantastic experience - great location 5 mins walk from the Gare du Nord, totally efficient - love that you get codes and manage access yourself. Great customer service when I had to extend my rental. Excellent all round!

Nothing to report, it's going very well

The code system worked perfectly, but a bit pricy in my opinion. Also I struggled slightly to find the location from Gar d'lest, had to go up a steep pair of stairs with my luggage to reach the street level. Maybe I just took an anwkard route. Also a bit of a walk from Gar'D nord to pick up.

A brilliant service! Easy to book, codes for door and locker sent promptly by text and no problem using when we arrived at the City Locker location in Paris.
