Nice convenient location, but the space was rather small. (So when multiple parties were inside at the same time - which happened as we dropped off, and when we picked up - it was a challenge to move around and store, or remove your suitcases). Codes worked, but you had to enter the number slowly, and it sometimes took multiple tries. Don't know what we would have done without this service, so it was good to have it available - but the experience could have been better.

All fine, just had to write the code a couple of times, didn't accept it immediately (physical buttons/dials, one has to be pressing them hard)

We needed to drop off our luggage for several hours until we could check into our Airbnb. It was super easy and convenient. I would definitely use again.

Locker schedule should be more visible. People should be more wiling to help if your luggage got stucked after the hour.

City locker is great, but it wasn’t obvious that I needed to book in advance and wait for an email. I bumped into another traveller at the lockers that gave me that info.
That said, it was very easy to understand how to open the door, and how the lockers worked once I reserved online.
Great service, easy to access, and an excellent location!
