The direction for locker access is clear. The customer service is fast response & helpful.

super

All perfect organized

Everything was as described on the website

Looked safe and very good automated experience

Works perfectly

Perfect service !!

a bit away from Chatelet-Les _Halles metro station, but fine there was another station at short distance. The lockers was pretty large.

Locker size is small, has small pieces that prevent correct fitting for two standard baggage pieces. The price is high for the space you get.

Booking the locker was a good decision for us on our last day in Paris. Our flight was in the evening and it saved us so much hassle by not having to lug our bags around the city all day. The lockers were easy to access and good value. We will definitely use this service again

Very easy to use and practical!

Very good

Very well explained, simple and efficient to use

Very easy to book last minute. We liked the text with the codes, came through very quickly

Great service, convenient location and clear instructions

Very easy process, from booking online, to getting in the door, to opening the locker. We would definitely use this wonderful service again!

Spaces too small, and the lockers are a 7-8 minute walk from Les Halles, even though the presentation suggests they are in Les Halles station. Impractical.

Easy to use and very practical. We had three small suitcases (hand luggage) that fit easily. The only thing not so convenient: it was a bit hard to find (even with Google maps) and quite a walk from the trainstation

Great location and good instructions

The cost of storing two suitcases was 24 euros. We needed the storage only for one hour, so the price was totally unexpected. The information on the web page is absolutely misleading ("From 2€/ locker; Cheapest price per baggage in Paris!"). Two points only because our luggage was safe for the single hour we needed to store it. Disappointed.

May husband I went to Paris, on our last day, we still have plenty of time to go around but as we all know the check out in hotels are until noon only, so we used this citylocker near the train station so it’ll be easy for us. It is a bit challenging to find the location as it is not in the main street. And during that time, there’s a construction going in front so the whole place was covered behind. We also had difficulties accessing the locker for some technical reason. Good thing is that they have a very attentive customer service. Who can access/help remotely. After several try, we managed to get in and securely lock our stuffs. All in all I will give them a good rate, if not just with technical problems. They are helpful and prompt.

Easy to use, Quick, safe

Well-implemented system that allowed me to easily reserve my locker while riding the train to it.

Service as good as expected. Well done, keep going with your work.

the door you need to enter has a very used keyboard and we (and other guests) had huge problems to get in. Nerveracking. Not for the money we had to pay for it

Everything is perfect. thanks

Very satisfied.

Great experience.

City locker was very easy to use. Convenient location and all of our bags fit easily in one locker!

Easily booked, no problem

Great service, very secure and easy to use. Very close to both train stations. Will use again in the future.

Excellent service

The site was clear and undoubtfull. All information and faqs present.

Very functional! I totally recommend

The service is great, easy, convenient, affordable. The neighbourhood around it, is a little sketchy and feels unsafe.

I had very nice experience with city locker. They’re easy to use. I had a problem with one of my lockers so contacted their support who solved it in a minute. Very much recommended.

Muy práctico, cómodo y seguro.
