Very practical, but the video is a bit misleading: you can only fit 2 classic suitcases, maybe 4 small cabin suitcases, but not hold luggage. Apart from that, very practical but a little.

Hello, I have found the citylocker a good service, but we have payed for 3 little bags and 1 trolley for 3 lockers but we have used just 1,we didn't understand the measure of the locker!

The location was easy to find, the locker was easy to open and place was ok. However it was not possible to lock the main entrance. Still, we felt our luggage is safe.

The # on the door lock didn't look like a pound / hashtag sign so I had difficulty entering. My suitcase was heavy so I needed a bottom locker. I didn't get to choose and was given a top locker.

This system is excellent in theory, but it breaks down when too many people try to access the building at one time. It is challenging to keep codes private when there is a mob of people around the door trying to figure out how to reserve a locker. Many people thought the location was staffed. This was only a problem in the morning, when dropping off our bags. None of this was an issue when we picked up in the mid-afternoon.

Very practical, the only downside was the cleanliness of one of the 2 reserved lockers. There was a kind of towel with blood on it.

I used the service today at Saint-German des Pres location. The outside door was broken, anyone could enter, in fact i saw some of the lockers were forcely opened. I tried to call them several times, since in every website they were indicating that they are very responsive to their hotline, but no one responded. I had no choice but to leave my bag in the locker. At the end of a couple hours gladly nothing happened but given the conditions, it was just luck. Very unreliable, wouldn't recommend anyone to trust their valuable belongings.
