15€ pour 3 heures : horriblement cher
Response from CITY-LOCKER Paris
Hello , Thank you for using our service. Regarding the price, it is from 12€ for 14 hours for up to 4 luggages means 0,22€/hours/luggage for a full day rent. We guaranty you won't find a cheaper price in Paris unless you leave your luggage to a friend apartment :)! We hope we will have the pleasure of welcoming you again in one of our 6 locations in Paris. Have a nice evening.

Easy to use. The only drawback is that the site refers to a locker that can hold 4 suitcases for airplane models, but it's actually 3. Apart from that, top satisfaction

Lockers were great. The instructions were clear. But I wish the locker code would have been be more complex than just the gate code + locker number ( if someone sees you entering the gate code, it is very easy to access all lockers

Close to the gare du nord, easy to use, but just a bit over price if you use it for short time

Excessively expensive service! Complicated to use (some passengers could no longer access their lockers). Much cheaper service offered by Paris Est sncf station (half price)

Hello Audrey, Thank you very much for entrusting us with your luggage, we are sorry if you found our service expensive, we always try to offer the best service at the best price available given that our rates are for lockers and not per bag and that you can put up to 4 bags per locker or maximum 3.75€ per bag for a day (8:00-22:00). We hope to see you again and wish you a pleasant day!

Convenient and safe, with a small downside: the cleanliness of the cabins could be better (mud and dead leaves), especially for the daily price.

Laura Thank you for using our service. We take note of your comment and will pass it on to the relevant department. The price of 15€/day/4 pieces of luggage makes our service the cheapest in Paris considering the level of luggage security we offer. We take note of your comments and will do our best to earn your 5 stars on your next visit. We hope to see you again soon.

One of 2 lockers we booked was kept unblocked after some tentative. We were missing the flight. A courier was so kind and I don't know how he opened ours. Are there a maximum number of tentative? If so it must be communicated.
Response from CITY-LOCKER Paris
Hello, Simona Thanks for your message and for using our service Sorry you have had problem in contacting the hotline; it can be reached by phone from 8:00 am to 10pm; they answer by text message unless emergencies. The locker size is clearly indicated on the website as well as the number of luggage it can fits but it is difficult for us to give an advice as we do not see your luggage; we can just give a recommandation. We will work on improving the given information and once again, thank you for using city locker and we will work on getting your 5 stars next time.

Overall I like the Citylocker. It offers a reasonable price and the location fits my tour route. The space is big. However, there is a flaw. The combination for opening the door did work when picking up my luggage. A nice lady opened the door from inside.

Surprisingly easy to use. Great location for garde du Nord which was only a few minutes walk away. I would recommend pre-booking. We booked there and then because we hadn’t realised that the case store at the station was closed. All worked very well with last minute booking and at 15€ was good value for money. I was able to store a medium suitcase, a boot bag and a ruck sack in a single locker with still some room to spare. Could have done with a little more signage on how to use once we got into the store.

C'était génial qu'il y ait un casier dans le centre-ville pour que je puisse laisser ma valise après mon départ jusqu'à mon arrivée à l'aéroport.
Ce serait mieux s'il y avait une table où je pourrais refaire mes bagages.

the fact that it is closing at night without the possibility to acces our locker for example in my case, I had to withdraw my luggages at 5AM for a flight and train, you can't always wait until the opening hours most of the time.

The location is not too far away from gare de lyon but with heavy bags to carry, it quite feels like a long way. if it was in the train station or right next to it, it would be even better. Functionality wise, it’s excellent and absolutely recommendable!!
