Customer reviews of CITY-LOCKER Paris

everything was perfect, but the price could be a little low

Easy to find and easy to access the door and allocated locker. Very secure and felt confident leaving my luggage. Measurements given were accurate. We left 2 generous cabin size suitcases in one locker and there would have been ample room for a large rucksack/bag. Would have given 5 stars if cheaper for shorter use.

Safe and efficient.

Everything worked fine. Easy reservation and easy access to locker. The only suggestion is that it should be possible to know if there's any locker available at the place you want before you pay. Because you only get a confirmation after you pay. What happens there isn't any locker available? You will be sent to another site, distant from where you need?

enough space and good location

預ける場所に困った際とても便利できた。ただ、1日単位の料金なので数時間利用の場合は必然的に割高になりました。

It was not easy to open the door and also not easy to open the locker . . .

it was ok

Conviently located and secure - good price.

much too expensive..2h or 24h same price

Conveniently located. Clean environment. The locking pads need update, buttons are very hard to operate.

Working all good, I think the weekend rates are on the high side though

Great place to drop off your stuff! Everything is very practical

good

Good service, not sure how it compares price-wise to other locker facilities as I didn't do much research beforehand.

Very good service, easy and efficient.

Hhhh

Practical. A little expensive when you don't need to drop off your luggage for the day. The price could be adapted to the number of hours used.

The place was well located and easy to find. The system worked fine. But I found it extremely expensive. I only used it for 3 hours and had to pay the entire day fee (15 Euro) nevertheless.
It would be great if they had the chance to rent for hours or half a day.

Nice and good service.

Easy and convenient

Lockers are smaller than advertised. Cannot fit 4 small bags. Only 2 carry on bags fit and one large bag. Are not the dimensions listed on website.

Bit out the way from the train station but other than that a good idea and easy to use

Conveniently located close by the Eiffel Tower. The directions were easy to follow.

It was nice

It would be more transparent to be able to see the address details before making the payment.

Too far from quai branly

The service was super easy to use, convenient and easy to book - and overall pretty affordable. My only complaint was that the size of the lockers was smaller than what seems adequate for anyone traveling for more than a weekend. We couldnt fit a suitcase and a carryon in the same locker. We could fit maybe 3 carry on bags in 1 locker and 1 large suit case and a back back in another. I would suggest offering some Larger size lockers!

Great service, very easy to get to and use
Would be great to have an assisted door to easily enter when carrying many luggage

The service itself is genius and excellent! The only thing i was a bit disappointed about was that the advertisement said i would pay about 5 euros a day per locker and i ended up paying 15 per locker. I was still happy to be able to safely store my luggage while I was busy being a tourist is the peotic city that is Paris!

Excellent service but a bit far away from Chatelet metro.

everything is acceptable, however the locker space is not much bigger as we expected.

We couldn't open the door for 5 minutes and when we called the emergency phone it was an answering machine.

It is an excellent idea. Good location, the price could be better or for the same price it should allow us to have the luggage there until later since no one is probably using it during the night.

A great option when all of Paris awaits, and your Airbnb booking hasn't yet begun or you want one more afternoon to vist your favorite spots before heading to the airport. But...every time I entered (four times in all), it took 5 or 6 attempts each time--by myself and other travelers--to access the shop.
I pushed the "Clear" button, which was not obviously marked, and nothing happened. After many attempts, it finally worked...I still don't know why, since it was the same action each time.
In the written instructions, "Deposit Code" might better be translated as "Locker Access Code." And "Deposit Number" as "Locker Number."
We strangers discussed in English, French, Italian, German, and Spanish how to access both the building and the lockers. A group effort proved successful.
I will absolutely use this service again!

Sarebbe meglio se fossero posizionati nei pressi delle stazioni della RER

15 € per depositare 2 valigie per un paio d’ore, sono troppi!

Simples e rápido, e sem duvida umas mais valia para não andar com as mochilas as costas.

Very convenient service, easy to book. However, a rate for 1/2 day or 2-3 hours is missing.

Misleading information about the locker in Chatelet Les Halles ..... But after reservation i finally got the right address
