Google maps comes up one street over so had to walk round to find it but once there it was easy to access with codes emailed and to access the locker, nice and clean inside amd felt secure would recommend to others and would use again

The drop off process worked as expected. However, the pickup process did not.
The code to unlock the outer door to the room did not work. It seemed the push buttons may not have been working for some digits. The only way to get assistance was to make a local call and leave a message. After we did that, we kept trying our unlock code. The door then opened. We have no idea if it was due to remote assistance or the code suddenly worked. If you use this service, be sure to have a method to make local calls in Paris from your mobile, and allow extra time for the pick up.

The keypad has been change and the problem that we sometimes have is that it is à US one and not a Européen one so that the digit are reversed. It is true that you need to have a telephone in order to received your codes by text (as well as mail) and to be able to call our hotline one case of problem. Convenient. Secure codes. Only problem was I didn’t realize how large my luggage was and I needed to rent another locker on the spot. But that was easy to do right away.

Lickers are clean and look safe. Booking is online and easy. A bit expensive compared to other luggage storage, I pid 15€ for one locker that fits at least 3 trolleys. The other loccker near Porte Maillot costs 6,50€ only, any bag size.

The locker size is very good. Enough to fit 2 small spit cases and 3 small bags. The place is secured with cameras and entrance code. The only thing is that we were not aware that a reservation was needed (to be made online). So, after arriving from a long trip we had to make an account and pay etc. Also could use a little more tidiness as we found empty bags and bottles inside our locker.
Otherwise, very good location near the Gare du Nord, fair price, and great locker size.
Recommend to people who want to visit Paris without having to carry their luggage.

Too expensive, and it only fit a big suitcase instead of a big one and a small suitcase.

We guaranty you won't find a cheaper price in Paris unless you leave your luggage to a friend apartment :)! Regarding, the lockers size, we can assure you that one big suitcase and one small bag can enter, it also depends of the size of your things. Relatively high rates for fairly low security, so I personally wouldn't put suitcases containing valuables in there.
