Customer reviews of CITY-LOCKER Paris

Good.

Very good

bien solo falto una persona nos apoyara para las dudas

Location was great and size was good for one medium size luggage along with two bag packs.
However would have been good to be able to choose the level given that I had a luggage it was quite the work out to heave it up.

Practical and handy. A little expensive to rent (15€) even if I booked at the last minute.

Easy to use

Room was clean. Have to stand on sidewalk in front to make reservation with credit card in hand…not very safe. Keypad for locker was dodgy, had to do code like 6-7 times before it worked. Prices were far higher than advertised.

No room for 4 beacons, unless they're tiny. We had to pay for 2 boxes, 30€ for 2 beacons.

Very good

The user experience for a non-French speaker could be better, but overall the facility worked as advertised and was greatly appreciated as we desperately wanted to store bags while we spent another 6 hours touring around Paris. Better integration with Google Maps would make it easier to find the location, and better instructions about how to purchase locker space and gain access to the facility would be much appreciated. We figured it out eventually, but for first-timers storing bags in Paris, it was a bit stressful and confusing.

Servizio efficiente, comodo e automatico.
Peccato non c'è ne siano più vicini alle stazioni ferroviarie o metro.

Very practical, we are delighted with this service.

Good location and easy access to the room and lockers.

Muy buen servicio pero llevaba 2 maletas grandes (piezas de hasta 25 kg) y apenas cupieron.

With the help of Google map we found City Locker.Although the system was easy & we had no problems I found the location of the City Lockers was in a dirty & unsafe area.I would not have liked to gave gone there when it was dark. Therefore I would not use City Lockers again.

It was a bit far from Chatelet Les Halles.

It wasn't fully clear that it was an online booking only when I looked online, but it was fairly easy to book when I arrived. Otherwise it was excellent!

The lockers are fine but we had A LOT of difficulty finding the site.

Sitio ideal para dejar las maletas en Paris

I give it only 3 stars because I should have the option for hours or half a day.

Did what we needed
Not so close to the station
Could have more capacity

Although the ad advised their was room for 4 cabin sized suitcases, we had 3 soft shell cabin suitcases & a expandable carry bag & it was a little tight. Maybe if we had 4 hard shell suitcases they may have fitted in easier.
Everything else was great; value for money, we booked the previous day, website ease of use, confirmation email & text, directions & ability to access the locker whenever we needed to during the day. I would use this service in future.

Very good idea as our suitcase couldn’t be with us during a day out in Paris. Very easy to control however quite expensive but at least our belongings were safe.

Reservations no problem.

Buono

It was difficult to open the door when we were back to pick up our bags. There were no easy instructions how to open the door

Good location for storing luggage. Only downside is that the shop is quite small and if it's busy there's not much room to move. Not a big deal though as dropping off cases only takes a few minutes.

Es war alles so wie es sollte.Sehr einfach zu verstehen. ideal wenn man zwischendurch Gepäck nicht schleppen möchte…immer wieder

I couldn't lock the door, so when I was wondering what to do, another user said it was always open. I thought it was a lie even though it was written that it was safe with double locks.

Good experience over all. We wish we would’ve been able to pick up our items later. The number 3 key on the inside key pad was not working well, which made it hard to input codes.

If we can find out how many are left, it will be useful for users.

Good, practical, but a bit expensive. 3 euro increase since April.

Not bad, a little overpriced

A little bit expensive ( I paid 15€ for only bag pack.) but if you have a lot of luggage, maybe, it’s ok

Gerar experience. I just wish It would be closer to Chatelet/Lês Halles station.

One thing. Does everybody have the samen door code? In that case it would be easy to crack the code of the safes. Because it is simple to ad the safenumber and surround it with 2 #.

Thanks so much for providing this wonderful convenience! I had a bit of frustration with the key pad on the actual locker. I’m not sure some of the keys were working correctly. After several attempts at the Châtelet location I was able to gain access. This was the case for a gentleman who had come to retrieve his luggage after me, as well. I told him to keep trying — and after several attempts his locker opened too. My visit was about two weeks ago now. Perhaps the problem has been resolved by now. I hate to ever complain when some one has provided such a convenience for me, but since there was a bit of frustration I thought I would let you know. A few days later I used your location at Rue de Gare with absolutely no problems! Thank you so much.

It was a conveniently located place to leave our luggage after check out and before our train left. The lockers are smaller than they claimed and we ended up needing three for our bags. We had three carry ons, one large bag, and a couple backpacks. I would say the lockers only held 3 carry ons not the four they claim.

A bit difficult to find and quite a walk from Les Halles/Chatelet underground station, but easy to handle once you are there.
