Booking is easy and access to the locker works technically perfect. But!!!! only two suitcases of normal size and not four as promised do fit into it. Therefor only four stars.

The ease of rental and customer service was really great, I stopped short of ficing five stars because upon return both me and another customer had trouble opening our lockers, which put me in a state of panic. That being said, I called the emergency service and they were able to converse with me in English and help resolve my issue in a very timely manner. I would use city locker again.

Was easy to make the reservation. On arrival, required a code. If I received one, it was not with the reservation and I could not fine it. Called the number. It was in French with no other language option. No person available at the location. Left with my luggage.

You can not say you have not received them and you even manage to use our service as you open you locker at 8:43 and reopen it at 15:00. Further more you have not called the hotline otherwise you will have heard that it is in French of course but also in English and Spanish. For some reason we do not understand why your are lying but your comment does not reflect the reality.
