Good location near the train station, easy to get into the room, and locker space is good, big enough for the suitcases. Good value for money, a secure place to leave your suitcases.

The only point of feedback is that I would also like to be able to pay by card. Not only by creditcard.

Spacious lockers, all legit, received codes via txt asap. Make a note to enter codes very slowly though!

Everything was perfect except that the code to open the front door never worked. Luckily, there were other people inside.

It was very convenient. However, I had to redo the code many times to open the store door. That made us very uneasy. Is the connection bad?

Hello Paula, We are sorry that you had troubles with one of our locker. The hotline is working by SMS, that is why we solved your problem by this way. Have a good day from the City Locker's team.

I'm not a website whiz but everything went smoothly for the reservation and payment. The only negative point is that it's a bit far from the metro...

The locker didn't open the first time, so you have to be careful when typing in your code. I wasn't the only one in this situation... But the lockers are big, perfect for a large suitcase.

It was a very clean place and we felt safe leaving our luggage there. The only problem we had was to get into the room. We had some problems opening the door with the code. But in total: we were very happy with booking the locker.

It was great. Felt safe since it’s individually locked lockers + they are big enough for a couple carry on suitcases. Door was sticky so at first we thought the code wasn’t working.

We had to call to receive the codes and to have the locker opened. And to retrieve our belongings, the code to open the locker didn't work either - we also had to send a message.

I am really satisfied with navigation on the website and it was easy to find the location. It helped me to have all code numbers for door and locker at hand on my arrival. However, I would have appreciated to find a table or kind of shelf to put the suitcase on while arranging things.

Nice convenient location, but the space was rather small. (So when multiple parties were inside at the same time - which happened as we dropped off, and when we picked up - it was a challenge to move around and store, or remove your suitcases). Codes worked, but you had to enter the number slowly, and it sometimes took multiple tries. Don't know what we would have done without this service, so it was good to have it available - but the experience could have been better.
