The device was simple and efficient to use. My only lowlight was the distance from the Gare and my wonky locker door tht needed to be slammed before it shut properly. Would recommend for a backpacker!

Very easy to access. Convenient. A bit expensive, personally, as used only 4 hours on the paid day.

Very practical and functional, but it should be located closer to a subway station.

Very easy to book and use. The lockers were clean and well maintained. I imagine that for technical reasons it is difficult to do otherwise, but it would be even more convenient to be able to drop off and pick up luggage from 5:00 in the morning until 2:00 in the morning instead of 8:00 to 22:00.

Upon my return to retrieve my suitcase, the entrance door did not open. Fortunately, another user arrived, and I was able to open my locker without any problem...

Overall was good and smooth, only thing is the misleading part of the pricing. Understand it stated "from", but from a 2euro to actual 15 euro, it is a huge different.

It looked very good and everything was explained simply, the security is top, only getting to City Locker is not easy with the suitcase and on foot, it was very exhausting to get there, especially because there were no elevators available at the stops. So taking a taxi there would be good, just not with public transport.

Arrived at the door, the code they sent me didn't work. The phone number was useless, because was an automatic response to leave a message. After trying a few times, someone opened the door remotely and contacted me via the security camera inside opening the locker for me. I had a train to catch in the afternoon and I didn't know if the door will open or not when I will came to collect my luggage. Not a pleasant experience

Very good service. However, the premises need a thorough cleaning to be welcoming, to be done twice a year.

Sehr einfach zu bedienen, Übermittlung der Codes hat super funktioniert. Einzige Kritik: wir hätten das Gepäck gerne schon vor 8:00 Uhr eingeschlossen.

Locker place was easy to find with google maps, not far from Les Halles and Pompidou. We could just fit 4 carry on suitcases in. Nothing extra, so we had to hire a second locker for our smaller bags & jackets.

It was quite strenuous to have the webpage accept my card, however after we succeeded, the expedite utilization of the lockers was a fairly delightful experience.

Very large locker for storing suitcases, it's great, too bad it's a daily service and not hourly, because it blocks a locker for the whole day when sometimes it's just for a few hours. Otherwise, very easy to use.

It's a shame that the cash registers are so far from the halls and that this is not specified.

The cost is high but you can come as many times as you want if needed and it's for the whole day. Well thought out system.

Useful during our bike trip to store our luggage so we could visit Notre Dame. The lockers are large and easily accessible. It is still a bit expensive though.
