We had to leave our apartment by 11, and had hours before leaving Paris, and thanks to City Locker we didn't have to walk around with our heavy cases, real God-send.

Response from CITY-LOCKER Paris
Thank you for using our service. We take note of your comment and will pass it on to the relevant department. The price of 12€/day/4 pieces of luggage makes our service the cheapest in Paris given the level of luggage security we offer. We take note of your comments and will do our best to earn your 5 stars on your next visit. We hope to see you again soon.

Very practical, everything is automated, there's an access code at the entrance, which guarantees real security for our luggage. The lockers are really clean and large. The time slot is very convenient, as we can leave our suitcases until 10pm. What's more, if you have any questions, all you have to do is call, leave a message and someone will call you within a minute. I recommend this luggage storage facility.

I like it, but I would love it if there were more city lockers in Paris, specially in Les Champs Elysées

The location is not too far away from gare de lyon but with heavy bags to carry, it quite feels like a long way. if it was in the train station or right next to it, it would be even better. Functionality wise, it’s excellent and absolutely recommendable!!

Response from CITY-LOCKER Paris
Hello Jules, thank you for sharing your opinion with us. City-Locker spaces are monitored by our video surveillance cameras 24/7, and our team ensures that your luggage is stored as securely as possible. Our insurance also covers your personal belongings up to 1,500 euros per locker. All this comes at a price, and we're the only company in Paris to offer this level of security. What's more, returning your luggage costs €3.75 for the day (8:00-22:00). We hope we've answered all your questions, and wish you a very pleasant day!
