Brilliant option to store several smaller items, with the ability to add more shopping to the storage! Most other services charge per item, which is very cheeky, and could turn out very expensive, unless you are storing only one or two large pieces of luggage.

Easy to use, made life alot easier not having to drag cases around Paris for the day.
Could do with better directions to get there. Even Google maps struggled.

The only downside is a lack of support at the location. Maybe having a Wi-Fi available would improve.

I used the Châtelet locker, it was close to the metro, seemed very secure, and they had a vending machine with cold water which was very useful in the summer heat

Convenient. Secure codes. Only problem was I didn’t realize how large my luggage was and I needed to rent another locker on the spot. But that was easy to do right away.

We were very satisfied..The door opened straight away with the code they sent us, and so did the locker..The fact that you can go any time of the day is very helpful. It is also very economical since 4 cabin bags fit inside the locker.
