Navigation simple et claire. Une photo de l’intérieur du locker serait un plus. Ou les dimensions du casier.

Using the service was easy with the exception of getting in at the beginning. I don't know why but the code wasn't working initially. We only used this for ~ 6 hours but it sure saved us time and lugging things around. All 3 carry ons and 3 backpacks fit in a locker. I liked that it was a little room that we could get our bearings together before heading back out for travel.

I did not do the ordering. It was done with two members of my admin team. I cannot comment on how easy or hard it was.

Cómodo de usar y bien localizado. Me pareció un poco caro, pero es mejor que ir todo el día cargado con las maletas

Easy to use. The only drawback is that the site refers to a locker that can hold 4 suitcases for airplane models, but it's actually 3. Apart from that, top satisfaction

Lockers were great. The instructions were clear. But I wish the locker code would have been be more complex than just the gate code + locker number ( if someone sees you entering the gate code, it is very easy to access all lockers

Close to the gare du nord, easy to use, but just a bit over price if you use it for short time

easy access. However, the lockers are only just wide enough for 4 carry-on suitcases.

Convenient and safe, with a small downside: the cleanliness of the cabins could be better (mud and dead leaves), especially for the daily price.

It was very good. But I thought the location would be inside (or much closer) to Gare de Lyon

Response from CITY-LOCKER Paris
Laura Thank you for using our service. We take note of your comment and will pass it on to the relevant department. The price of 15€/day/4 pieces of luggage makes our service the cheapest in Paris considering the level of luggage security we offer. We take note of your comments and will do our best to earn your 5 stars on your next visit. We hope to see you again soon.

Easy to use and saves a ton of time, but be prepared to pay a bit more if you only need it for a few hours. For longer stays, it's perfect.

Overall I like the Citylocker. It offers a reasonable price and the location fits my tour route. The space is big. However, there is a flaw. The combination for opening the door did work when picking up my luggage. A nice lady opened the door from inside.

the locker we had reserved would not close, but a call to the emergency number solved the problem by allocating another locker.

Surprisingly easy to use. Great location for garde du Nord which was only a few minutes walk away. I would recommend pre-booking. We booked there and then because we hadn’t realised that the case store at the station was closed. All worked very well with last minute booking and at 15€ was good value for money. I was able to store a medium suitcase, a boot bag and a ruck sack in a single locker with still some room to spare. Could have done with a little more signage on how to use once we got into the store.

C'était génial qu'il y ait un casier dans le centre-ville pour que je puisse laisser ma valise après mon départ jusqu'à mon arrivée à l'aéroport.
Ce serait mieux s'il y avait une table où je pourrais refaire mes bagages.

The location is not too far away from gare de lyon but with heavy bags to carry, it quite feels like a long way. if it was in the train station or right next to it, it would be even better. Functionality wise, it’s excellent and absolutely recommendable!!
