Very good option for us: 11am checkout and tickets for Eiffel Tower. Code got us in the door, then similar, but different code opened the pre-asssigned locker from the central keypad. I might prefer to choose my locker but this method ensures that we put our stuff in the assigned place. Overall would use again if needing to store luggage.

Location is easy find, a quick walk from Paris Gare du Nord. Fairly clean, and the locker was spacious and easily fit 4 duffel bags, 3 backbacks, and a carry-on.

The Citylocker facility works perfectly and is is very convenient. I rated four stars for two reasons: they advertise the locker as being able to accommodate 4 bags, we could hardly fit in 3 carry-on sized suitcases. Secondly, the 10PM closing time is too early. We were forced to travel and collect our bags mid-dinner.
Response from CITY-LOCKER Paris
Hello Zak, Thank you for using our service, for the moment for security reasons it is not possible to leave the shop open 24 hours a day, we are sorry. The lockers sizes are written on our website and can be stored up to 4 luggages (IATA Regulations), it also depends on the luggages size of course. We hope to see you again in one of our storages very soon ! Have a nice day.

Hello , Thank you very much for entrusting us with your luggage, we are sorry if you found our service expensive, we always try to offer the best service at the best price available given that our rates are for lockers and not per baggage and that you can put up to 4 bags per locker or maximum 3.75€ per baggage for a day (8:00-22:00). We hope to see you again and wish you a pleasant day!

Very conveniently close to both Gare de l'Est and Gare du Nord. The boxes are big enough for large cases and backpacks. Only the space in the room is limited and operating the locking mechanism is tricky.

Hello Samuel, Thank you for your opinion, On the site it says from 2€, you have access to the information on the site The price is 12.00 €/day per locker for one day (8:00-22:00) (15.00 €/day on weekends and public holidays) For reservations of several days, the rates are degressive. On certain days, special offers are available for as little as €2/day. We wish you an excellent day and hope to see you soon in one of our CityLockers.

Convenient system for booking and access with codes. On the other hand, baggage claim at 10 p.m. at the latest is restrictive. 11 p.m. would be better.

Process was relatively easy to order and pay for the lockers. I wish that they provided better information regarding what would fit in each locker. I had to rent a third when I got there because my luggage didn’t fit in the lockers I pre ordered- a little stressful!

Great facility, everything worked as it should and gave peace of mind - reserved online, received codes that worked, dropped luggage off, and collected it later with no issues. However, it’s overpriced, on a Saturday I paid €15 for about 7 hours of storage

Hello Adrienn, Thank you for sharing your opinion, We are truly happy that you enjoyed your visit at CityLocker However, the prices of our lockers can be found on our website and they are really reasonables. It’s important to notice that the indicated price matches the price by locker which can contain up to 4 suitcases but we are sorry if the prices didn’t fit your expectations. Furthermore, the price for some days can decrease down to 2 euros if you book for several days. We wish you a very good day and we hope to see you again in one of our storages very soon.

Hello Nathalia, Thank you for sharing your opinions, CITY-LOCKER's hours are indicated on the website (8 a.m to 10 p.m, 7/7) at the bottom of the home page but also on the front of our shops and are not open 24h/24 for security reasons because the safety of your luggages is of course our priority.
