Easy to use, with fast, user-friendly access

Very easy to use

This is a fantastic, very easy solution for keeping your luggage safe when you have
a few hours before checking into your hotel or before departure. Worked perfectly upon prior booking by Internet, and for us it was just around the corner from our accommodation.

Fue fácil de co orar y gestionar. Podrían ser con un poco más de espacio porque solo alcanza máximo una maleta mediana/grande o dos maletas de 10 kg.

Very easy to find and use. First time using a locker and it was great. Instructions very clear, good location.

Fácil y seguro acceso a través de un código por mail o teléfono. Lo único que en los lockers entra una valija de 21 kg aprox. Chequear medidas antes de abonar. El resto todo perfecto!

Cómodo, rápido y sencillo. Recomiendo tener cuidado con gente que se puedan encontrar en la puerta con dudosas intenciones. No entrar a dejar las maletas con otras personas dentro y comprobat que la puerta quede totalmente cerrada tanto al entrar como al salir. En mi caso había una persona dentro que no llevaba maletas, me preguntó si hablaba francés y tuve que decirle que saliera para meter los códigos.

My luggage was kept safe and secure for a few days while I went out of the city. The only suggestion (or word of warning) I would make is that you cannot choose the height of your locker. I’m not very tall, and I was traveling alone, and I was assigned to a locker rather high on the wall, meaning I had to lift a very heavy suitcase up there.
Other than that, however, I felt like my stuff was safe, and it’s a great location—a two minute walk from Gare du Nord’s main entrance and its metro/RER entrances! Would recommend!

Very good, we were in a bind with our luggage on a Sunday and found this solution very useful. Access to the lockers is via an internet reservation. You then enter a code for the door and a code for the locker. I recommend this service.

I just used this service near Gare du Nord August 14-17, 2022. I'm from California and I chose this option as I needed to go to London and then back to Paris and didn't need to bring everything with me. I saw the reviews here and was hesitant but saw these around Paris and many people using them.
So you go online and book the time range you want and make sure to pick the correct location. You will pay for the entire day and the day is 8am to 10pm so the day you start and the day you end are counted as whole days and keep in mind their opening hours. The location is automated there is no live person there but the owner is easily accessible and responsive and they have video cameras there to monitor for any issues and for security. Once you pay online you get an email immediately with the codes. There are two codes, one to enter the facility(main front door) using a keypad outside. The second code is used to open your locker using a keypad inside. The locker will pop open. The lockers are a good size you could put several carryons in there or larger suitcases but check the dimensions online. If you close the door and need to open again just use the code again. It is secure and seems theft proof. This is a very short walk about 4-5 minutes or two blocks from the train station exit on Rue du Faubourg Saint-Denis. It is in an alley off that street very easy to find.
Now it is true that the keypad inside doesn't always work the first time. You don't need to panic and start entering the code and pressing buttons like crazy. Just take a deep breath and wait 10 seconds and enter the code again nice and slow. Don't press the keypad like you're text messaging your friends. If you hear any beeps while pressing the keys it means there's an error just wait and enter the code again.
I had interaction with the owner as my train back from London was delayed and arriving after 10pm so I wouldn't make the 10pm closing time. I was worried as I had a flight the next morning. Apparently this time restriction may be for safety reasons.The owner took care of it after using the contact form on the website. Everything worrked out fine and I would use again.

Great place

Excellent, it couldn’t be easier. Secure and clean facilities. We left a couple of big pieces of luggage for a week while we traveled Europe with backpacks. After booking online we received an email confirming the booking and a list of daily codes we could use each day for the main door and to access our luggage. That’s very convenient as it allows you to come back at any time during your booking to pick stuff from your main luggage in case you need it. Really satisfied with the service and we’ll use it again.

At first we looked for another company that has lockers in the city when we arrived, but we didn´t find it, so we searched for others and City Locker appeared. We booked the lockers in front of them and we were given access right away, doing all the process through our phone right there. We used it again on the day we left and it was great again. We strongly recommend it.

Service was smooth and intuitive to use, no issues with the codes. Being able to Drop of our luggage only 2 minutes from the train station gave us a full further day of exploring. 2 Lockers for 3 people was enough size.
