When we return back to pick up the luggage, the code for the door did not work any more. It happened to the family right after me as well. Fortunately they speak French and has French phone number. They called City Locker. CityLocker opened the door remotely. Everything else was smooth.
As a first-time user, I found the service incredibly easy and convenient. I will certainly use it again in the future.
Extremely intuitive to use, clean and in a strategic place off the tube. I reccomendi it!

Really good
All perfect, easy to handle. It would be a 5 star rating if it were a 24h service. Sally they only open at 10am in the morning
