There was a confusion between the delivery address and the billing address! While it was for a gift... Result: gift arrived too late and I had to pay for the re-delivery contrary to what is displayed on the site. A basic mistake but not a detail.

I did not receive my ring

Wrong product. I ordered the same earrings as the last time but the clipper is different and not as good as the previous one. Anyway these are nice hearings, it is just that I ordered them again because of the amazing clip they had.

Nice collection of jewelry but I will not repurchase because my necklace at 165 was sent by tracked mail so without any guarantee, it is not serious. My necklace arrived with a knot so I was afraid to damage it by untying it.
