This time I tried to take a clip for an invisible zipper and it didn't work, and while trying the clip even broke.

I have not yet received my order because you allegedly did not have my house number. Only after I called you did you notice it. I hope to receive the order soon.

Within an hour of placing my order (on a weekend) I contacted customer service by email to tell them to cancel my order because I realized it would not be suitable. No response, delivery made in an unusual timeframe for a colissimo. So I do not recommend at all.

I wrote an email to you a week ago that I received the SEPA, a large black one and a small silver one. The large black one did not open with the small red spacer that came with it. Therefore, I gently tried with a small screwdriver, unfortunately, the clip broke because the hinge was not easy enough to operate. I am absolutely not satisfied with the quality and would like to return it. I also wrote that but have not received any feedback so far. I am hesitant to even open the small silver one because it is also so hard to open. I am afraid of damaging it as well. I would prefer to return both and get my money back. I find this an incredibly poor quality for the price. Sorry, I am sorry. I was very happy to find something like this at all, but I am more than disappointed to spend 18 € on it. For two SEPA, one already did not open and broke, and as I said, I am hesitant to even touch the other one. I am very disappointed.

Inferior quality, zipper does not work and broke immediately upon disassembly. Since the return, support has not responded, Paypal buyer protection must handle this.

I referred to the measurement described on the site and in doubt I ordered 2 sizes (3 and 5) for a metal zipper and obviously it's the 4 that is needed and they don't have it!

The slider was already closed and impossible to open for use. A vain purchase.

I was happy to find a seamless system. I took size 5, which corresponded to my old slider, except that your slider goes up but impossible to make it go down on the zip. So, it became a pullover jacket. No problem.

The slider detaches too easily, so our suitcase opened during transport

I started to put on the sleeve as indicated, and after tightening with the pliers - already on the first try - it was not at all as simple as in the video. While tightening, the end of the sleeve and the casing came off, and when I wanted to close my jacket, everything came apart. I tried three times, always the same result. I won't buy it again: I prefer to directly replace the zipper.

Products that do not work! A first one that did not clip and opened systematically, they sent me a second one that clipped perfectly but impossible to mount on the zipper, in short after forcing they sent me a stamp to return the 2 defective products because they had to be returned despite 2 videos sent proving the problems, in short I do not recommend!
